What is a Fire Tornado?
A Fire Tornado, also known as a Fire Whirl, is a rare phenomenon in which fire forms a tornado-like vortex of flames. Fire Tornados can be forms in one of two ways: when a tornado spins too close to a forest fire, or when a heavy concentration of heat is generated in a small area.

Why Fire Tornados?
When Phenomenon was a viscling, he endured many trials an hardships brought on by his unhappy father. These varied from overbearing chores to beatings at his failure. Phenomenon found every day a struggle to please a man who sought nothing more that utter perfection in his young son. The viscling fought to please him, failing and loosing every battle, until the fateful day arrived.
It was upon that day that Phenomenon had snapped. He turned from his overbearing father and began to flee. His father roared his name and pursued him, fury blazing in his eyes. In the moment before his father latched onto Phenomenons tail, the sky split open and a small whirl of fire he had seen ahead on the ground roared to life, taking the shape of a blazing tornado. In rage, it neared them, causing his father to flee in fear. Determined to get away, Phenomenon dashed around the swirling flames and proceeded to the unknown, far away from the place that only brought him pain.
To this day he feels as though he owes his life to this fearsome phenomenon and always takes his time to watch one as it gently dances past, bowing his head in gratitude to the fire that freed him from fear.

Personality
Confident - Phenomenon is very confident in everything he does and rarely second guesses himself. When it comes to times of fear and confusion, he is the first to step up and take lead. When challenged by fear or other frightening situations, he doesn't even bat an eye.

Independent - Phenomenon is a Lone Ranger. He often is seen by himself and rarely spends times in large groups. He doesn't like to ask for help, and instead persists until he finds a way to solve the problem on his own.

Mysterious - Phenomenon is quite the mysterious Viscet. Once a day, he seems to disappear to do something only to return a few hours later. When asked what he does, he changes the subject, and when one attempts to follow him they seem to loose him moments later.

Patient - Phenomenon has a high tolerance to annoyances or long stories. He will sit quietly and listen to any story with pure curiosity gleaming in his eyes.

Unpredictable - Phenomenon can be quite unpredictable in his actions and reactions. While one day he might smile at a joke, then next he might scowl at the same joke. This makes others around him become wary and cautious as they speak, though he often pretends as though he does not know why.

Relationships
Phenomenon and Empire
Phenomenon and Empire have a quiet relationship that mostly consists with respect. Phenomenon respects Empires rules, and Empire respects Phenomenons boundaries. They don't talk often, but when they do the conversations are mostly brief and serious.

Phenomenon and Calamity
Phenomenon and Calamity don't really get along. Calamity is constantly pestering Phenomenon in attempts to bring him out of his shell, and he often tries to give her signs that it's time to knock it off. When pushed too far, Phenomenon will snap at or shove her away.

Phenomenon and Bīra
Phenomenon and Bīra get along decently. While she can annoy him slightly by following him or asking him questions, he does appreciate her company and is willing to take time out of his day to speak with her.

Phenomenon and Birati
Phenomenon finds Birati to be a rather peculiar mystery. He often is caught watching her quietly and asks her small questions on occasions. He seems to try to avoid her, though he will be willing to talk to her on certain days.

who does pick on him is playing with fire.

Stubborn~
Again, he doesn't like listening to others. He can be picky and
hard to deal with at times. Anakin is socially known as a "jerk."

Okay, to start with, he doesn't like listening to others, he wants
power, he is not very cooperative, he's a bit of a jerk, he doesn't

but I really liked the natural phenomenons you gave me. a few were the same or similar but most would unique. and I learned quite a bit, so hey education! ha ha

before announcing the winner I wanted to throw a shout out to 9-9-999's form, which I really liked as well and had been torn between when judging <3

So I ended up picking my winning particularly because volcanoes and choosing volcanic eruptions was surprisingly not picked that much. I liked the explanation and the sheer amount of artwork as well as the personality you gave the viscet. It was pretty great I have to admit.
