Story involving snow adventure:
Toula gazed down the snow coated mountain with a mischievous grin. Its breath turned to a foggy mist before is that was promptly swept away by the winds that danced on the mountain tops. Determined, Toula pulled up the curled, wooden, makeshift board with browning vines knotted in it to make a place holder for Its feet. It had learned though watching, and by Its human friend, how to snowboard. Crazy? Yup. Fun? Defiantly.
Toula slipped its hooves into their position and crouched slightly, glancing down the slope once more. With another heavy breath, it leaned foreword and began to rush down the slope. Immediately, the frosty wind lashed at its face, stinging its nose and eyes, and it crouched lower to pick up speed. It leaned left and right, dodging odd mounds of snow, trees, and rocks that rose from the white blanket. When it neared the end, it slammed its tail into the snow, which flipped it to face the other side and gradually began to slow it down. At the end of the slope, the board came to a gentle halt, and Toula pulled its hooves from the vine braces. Immediately, Toulas human friend crashed into its chest, embracing it in a hug and shouting happily. Others followed and flashes of white light erupted from them. Toula remained calm, remembering the practice of flashes for when she actually completed her first trail. Toulas human clicked their tongue and pointed at the board. Without hesitation, Toula picked up the board and leaned it against its side. The human rested an arm over Toulas shoulder and leaned against it, grinning proudly. More flashes erupted, but Toula remained focused on its humans mouth. Curiously, Toulas lips began to tremble slightly before pulling back to mimic an awkward smile. This brought happy noises from the crowd and flashes erupted once more. Frustrated with the lights, Toula closed its eyes and raised its head. Finally, the ambush of lights was gone and the crowd dispersed. Toulas human patted it on the shoulder and picked up the board, gesturing ahead of it to a mound of snow. Excitement burst within Toula and it dashed ahead, leaping joyously into the snow and vanishing with its depths before bounding up once more and repeating the process. Excited yips escaped from its throat and danced in the air as Toula rolled around in the cool snow that crunched at every movement. Behind it, Toula heard the human make a cheerful noise and rolled over to face them, mimicking the smile once more and waving its tail excitedly.

Why 'Mist'? ;; I chose the name Mist because when I think of the cold winter, I tend to think of the wisps of misty white breath that result from the chilly atmosphere. Whenever winter rolls around, as silly as this may sound, I look forward to being able to breathe mist clouds-- I always thought that was really awesome. My first thought when I saw this taiga viscet was that they looked like a forest scene being obscured by a veil of thick mist or fog-- and that's when I settled on the name.

Personality ;; Mist is as fleeting as the morning fog, chasing the horizon as she goes. She's never in one place for too long, though she wouldn't mind staying-- it seems that something always calls her away. She's seen places in this world far and wide, admiring the planet for all its beauty. She's a soft spoken viscet with a gentle, motherly personality. Mist is deeply caring and empathic to others, with her caring heart she's a genuinely good person. She's clever, intuitive and quick on her feet-- adaptable and wise, Mist has many past experiences to draw her intelligence from. She's usually laid back and calm-- and it takes something serious for her to lose her 'cool'. She's a graceful viscet, and despite being a traveller without any true 'home', she's surefooted and always aware of where she is. Mist seems to never be 'lost', and even if she were-- she'd view it as simply another way to get where she was going, with some new things to see and experience. The faults in her personality lie in how trusting of others she is. She's an open book, for the most part-- and because of how loving she is, she often ends up dismissing her own feelings for the sake of others. Mist is a doormat and has a lot of trouble standing up for herself, if anything for the sake of making someone else happy. Due to her wandering nature, she often doesn't have many 'close' friends, so she tends to get lonely all by herself.

Home ;; Mist doesn't really have a home, though of course her birth place is still rather close to her heart. Mist grew up in an unusually cold environment for a viscet, though still in the jungle-- only later did she move to explore taiga and other sort of biomes on her travels around the world. Where she lived within the tropics, it wasn't often there was snow-- but one year in her youth, the treetops were dusted with the lightest powder of snow and, one could say, it sparked her fascination with winter weather and prompted her roaming tendencies.

Occupation ;; A traveller by trade, Mist has found a couple simple ways to be productive here and there. She likes to stay busy, so it's often she's collecting plants, herbs, souvenirs and momentos from places she's gone, sometimes pawning them off to others, while other times keeping them for herself. She keeps a very limited amount of items on her at any given moment, as she can only keep so much in the saddlebags she generally wears on her person. She prefers travelling light, after all, and is very minimalistic.

Snow Adventure ;; As the sleep came over her like a wave she felt her eyelids flutter closed. It'd been a particularly long day, after all-- what an commotion there had been! All day there'd be the hustle and bustle of welcoming a new young viscet into the world. Her family had lived with a small pack in their chillier tropical home for some time now, and it wasn't very common said pack expanded very much-- which was one reason which the birth of a new member was so exciting! Everyone was alight with excitement and abuzz with talk. Mist had spent most of the day trying to help everyone set up and prepare for the events that befell in the afternoon, late in the day. Now that she had done her part, she'd been free to play-- and after a good, long run around the forest, she was hugely exhausted. On the verge of passing out, she'd stumbled back to her home cave and flopped over in her grassy nest.

In her dreams, everything was painted a soft blue color-- light and graceful in various shades, glassy like ice and chilling to the bone. Mist felt a smile tug her lips. She knew she was dreaming, of course-- and that's just why she was so excited. She'd always been greeted with this odd, mysterious inner-world of hers-- where the green was replaced with icey blues and graceful winter shades. She skated around on the frozen lake-esque ground, her claws skidding along it like the blades of a fine pair of skates.

Story involving snow adventure: WiltingBlizzard, { goes by blizzard or wilt} is a very adventurous young Viscet, her friend , Star, got injured when they were "playing touch the sky" by the mountains and the only cure is a vesulubus vine found at the mouth or a far away cave, the only problem is there is a blizzard outside, on of the worst they have had in ages. But if Star doesn't get the vine, she may have to watch her only friend die. of course, she decides to go. it is a long dangerous journey, she almost dies twice, and has 4 injuries. she makes it to the cave and yanks one of the vines off the mouth of the cave, she hurries back, the journey back is easier this time because she knows where danger lurks. she gets back with a day to spare and raps the Vesulubus around Stars injury. within a few weeks star recovers and is able to walk again. You will never see Blizzard or Star Near that mountain, it is a lesson they will remember forever.
Other: has no mother or father because her mother hid her egg and never came back. loves laying in snow and eating small mammels.
