his wings are very small and stubby (also fluffy! think like sparrow wings) and do not have the ability to fly. he can flutter slightly, kind of like a chicken, but he can't actually fly - therefore, none of his kids will be able to either.

Romero is based on/around a Chinese crested, and therefore is completely hairless save for his ears, hair/mane, paws and tail. the fur around the areas that it actually grows in can be longer or shorter, but it wouldn't ever get to the point of actually being fully fur.
