Rin was named after the two most important German Shepherds that existed. At least, to her parents.
Strongheart was a dog that worked in the German Red Cross before coming to the United States and became a film star. Rin Tin Tin followed, being a film star and a stunt extraordinaire.

Rin doesn't want to be any kind of movie star.
She doesn't want to be on television, in documentaries, all that. She would rather be in a book. Why a book? Because there's more mystery. More detail. And way more options. People could dive into the book she's in and imagine her in their own world, rather than in one that someone else created. She likes using her own imagination, so why not let others do the same? She knows that being in a book would be rather odd, since she doesn't even live with human beings, but she always has that in mind in case there are cameras around. No, shes not camera shy. She just doesn't want to see her face on a screen anywhere.

When I saw this I was like, "wow, it looks like a German shepherd dog", and I clicked on it and it was, which was cool. I have an actual German shepherd dog at home. Her name is Brooke, and she turns 10 soon. It's kind of sad, because I actually grew up with her, (My parents got her when I was 2.) and I don't ever want her to leave my life.

Brook is quite relaxed and calm, but at times she likes to run around and 'go crazy.' She often play fights with her friends, and always lets the other win. She is kind, and caring, and will help any creature in need.
