A brief bio about Hasari:
Hasari was the middle pup of the litter. She struggled to fit in as she and her siblings grew older; it seemed as if even her parents didn't really notice her. Compared with her litter mates, even her pelt stuck out, so she tried to find comfort around other viscets. She looked for those with other strange patterns, or other cool designs. Her result: she was able to find a friend. And not just any friend, her one and only friend. Hasari met a pangolin baby, wandering lost and alone in the forest she called home. With a big heart and strong mind, she took the pangolin into her home and made sure it was raised the way she wanted herself to be. Though she can't speak to it, and sometimes feels like it doesn't even know who she is, she stills loves it and feels like him and herself are the perfect match for the family she always wanted. With this new confidence, she grows more and more sociable around other viscets with each day.

Other(s): Nyc has a strange fear of rabbits. Their beady little eyes freak him out and the way their noses wiggle just makes him shudder. He gets teased quiet a lot because of his fear. "You're supposed to eat hares, not run away from them with your tail between your legs!" But Nyc just can't help it. He cannot stand the little creatures.
Despite often getting teased, Nyc is a social butterfly. He is considered the "jester" of the group, often making puns and doing stupid things to get a laugh out of his friends, especially if the situation is tense. He doesn't really care about what other's think of him, unless he is close to them. Nyc is constantly worrying if his friends actually like him or just wish he'd leave them alone.

Personality:
Jacqueline is rather a funny viscet, she loves to pull pranks on other viscets and loves to make jokes. It's gotten to the point where it's considered annoying by many others, so others find it hard to stand her. She also has a cocky attitude, thinking everything's going to go her way and the worst won't happen. She finds herself in all sorts of trouble constantly. Along with that, she feels that she's independent and doesn't need help, even though others, much to their annoyance, have to pull her out of sticky situations. Despite this, Jacqueline is pretty friendly. If you're up to pranks, constant joking around, and maybe pulling her out of trouble, then perhaps you'll find her to be a good friend.


Why Jacqueline likes AWDs:
Jacqueline shivered as the frosty breeze ruffled her fur while she padded on the freezing, but seemingly durable ice. Her paw pads were numb now as she was far out on the lake, but she didn't mind too much. She was more intent on ice fishing, a new skill she learned from another friendly viscet not too long ago. Jacqueline knew better than to be out on a frozen lake alone, but she was naturally cocky and thought she'd be fine. She was wrong.

Suddenly as she took a step, the ice thundered beneath her. Oh no! She must have stepped on a weak area. She panicked, glancing around desperately, but it was too late. The ice shattered underneath and she fell through into the depths of the icy lake. She gasped for breath, all four of her paws desperately scrambling to keep her afloat. Her mind was racing, her heartbeat thudded in her ears. Oh, this was it! She'd die within minutes.

"H-help!" she screeched out, but no one was around. Or so she thought. All of the sudden, she felt powerful jaws grip at her scruff and she was quickly pulled out to be laid on a sturdy piece of ice. The female was stunned and panting. "I could have done that myself," she growled as she was trying to regain breath, but she looked up weakly at her savoir. It was an African Wild Dog.

"W-what?! Your species lives in Africa!" she exclaimed in between breaths. "N-not in the north! Not here! How did you get up here?!" But she only got a growl in return. She frowned in disappointment. The dog didn't speak her language. She sighed. "W-well... Thank you..." She smiled warily. The AWD didn't understand what she was saying, but he obviously understood that she was thanking him. He licked her cheek happily. Jacqueline smiled at him.

Afterwards, the dog helped her get off the ice and find a warmer and drier area to wash off and warm up. But soon after, he had to go. Jacqueline wished she knew how he got to the north, but she'd never be able to learn why. She never ever saw him again as well. She assumed he made his way back where he belonged. Hopefully. But Jacqueline never forgot the AWD that saved her life. She always admired the species from then on out, hoping to meet another one day.
