Unlike your common traveler, Kettu does not travel for the sake of saying she has or for the sake of a few selfies or just to do so. She travels because she wants to widen her knowledge about the world, and because traveling is only one of the best ways to settle her unease of staying in one spot for too long. She has slight paranoia, and fears if she stays put for too long something will catch up to her. She feels shes being hunted, in a sense, and this is why she travels. In fact, she's almost always moving and usually only stops for a day or two at a time for rest or too re-gather supplies for her next destination.

Place this Parra has traveled to: Roman Cathedral
Why: It's common knowledge that, supposedly, no evil can enter a church. This was the first thing that caught Kettu's attention when she first considered traveling to Rome - more specifically the Roman Cathedral. Not only is it a holy place, but an ancient one at that. Its where she discovered her song was a Latin hymn, as is fascinated her and even soothes her to sleep on those restless, fearful nights. In addition the "ancient" architecture, stained glass windows, and the history behind it in general made the trip so much worth it. Because of the safe feeling it gave her, Kettu can say it was one of the longest locations she has stayed at and she spent her time memorizing every nook and cranny of the place in case she were to ever return.
Place this Parra has traveled to: Shengsi Archipelago, China
Why: During her travels, even if she may have had to ride a boat rather than walk for a bit, Kettu found herself in China. Specifically, the Shengsi Archipelago...more specifically? The abandoned moss-covered fishing village.
Kettu found the place fascinating, however as much as she regrets it she did not stay for long due to the slight eeriness of the place. She simply passed through, maybe scavenged a few of the abandoned resources that hadn't yet been destroyed, but Kettu definitely considers it an experience to have seen mother mature taking herself back and wouldn't mind going again. It would have to be a brief visit, though, once she's done traveling the rest of the world.
Place this Parra has traveled to: Glass Beach, Fort Bragg, California
Why: It wasn't really intentional. After traveling through a good portion of the mid-USA, Kettu was traveling the coastlines in search of a port that suited her needs to get to other continents and countries so she wasn't stuck in one place for long. Upon doing so, Kettu found herself on the Glass Beach of California. It fascinated her, even if she didn't mean to end up there, and she spent hours just observing (and even gathering) some of the clear, clean rocks that covered the beach and gave the site it's name. Kettu of course was careful as she didn't know if it was real glass or if it was just a namesake, but the Glass Beaches are definitely something she will always remember and she still has the rocks she has collected to this day; as a trophy of her travels and a bit of a goodbye gift from America before heading to the other side of the world.

Resources started depleting, the industry started shifting towards industrialization in tone with the rapid growth of the country and so, at one time, the villagers left their houses in search for a better living in the city, leaving everything behind.
