Personality: There are many words that could describe Cornea, buuut most of them can't be said because this is a family-safe place. Some safe ways to describe him are obnoxious, chaotic, and a bit of a trick-playing jerk, but once you learn not to encourage his shenanigans, he tends to mellow out a bit. He likes to learn what a hazard's physical and emotional weaknesses are, and will do his best to push their buttons. Yet, even though Cornea's a jerk, he tries to keep his rudeness at a level that the others can handle so that he doesn't push others over the edge, and he tries his hardest to never do something that could endanger others.
He can get pretty creative with his schemes and tends to be rather proud of his ideas, so a failure in anything, no matter how small, can really mess him up. After losing his tail tip when he tried to steal food from a grocery store, he hid away from everyone for a week and a half.

Screen: a red eye, much like every other one he has, he can't see out of it though. The pupil darts left and right with his heartbeat, and changes shape with his emotions.
Third Eye Power: Cornea can draw people or hazards eyes away from things. It can come in handy whenever his group is moving from place to place, as no one will notice them. It does take a bit of concentration the more he's trying to hide and after a lot of use, he usually needs some time before he can use it again.
History: When Cornea was a young, a very young hazard, before he met the others he actually had a pretty fine life. His parents loved him, they didn't really seem to care that their spark had an eye in his mouth. He was very happy, until he started school. the other sparks either mocked him, or feared him. they called him a monster, which he wasn't prepared for at all. The moment that the day ended, he ran away from his parents, from his home, and from his problems. He had been running since, begging or stealing to survive, using his third eye to hide from danger. Then, he met the group.
Why he hides his screen:

Likes: Contraptions and gadgets- Hazards with "different" or interesting eyes - pop music - sugary things
Dislikes: Super seriousness - Accidents - Making someone cry - people being jerks to his group - rude comments about his eyes, screen, or tail.
Relationship with the others:

Cornea can hardly stand her. When he first met her, he didn't think much of her or that she could be any trouble, but after they learned more about each other, Cornea knows she's more than some weakling or brat. He finds her obnoxiously bossy, and he's noticed that she's only that way with pretty much him. Well two can play at that game, so he tries even harder to get her with even more creative and complex pranks. But deep down, he's rather impressed. She completely blew away his expectations of a small weak hazard, and actually doesn't take any of his nonsense.

Their friendship is very complicated, as they can be friends or enemies depending on how the wind blows. Hinoko can tend to be a bit to sensitive for Cornea's taste, and sometimes his yammering can go on for a bit too long, but the little firecracker has grown on him. They can work together well, which is useful in pranks, and though Cornea would never admit it, Hinoko is kind of like his little brother. He tries to not be too surprised by their fireworks, or be anything but encouraging (though now and then he does have slip ups), and he tries to teach the young hazard important lessons whenever they speak. Cornea just hopes he listens to himself.
