I chose this song because Orpheus falls in love hard and fast, but isn't very flashy and doesn't have much to offer and consequently is often set to the side by a bigger, brighter stallion. Still, he continues to try, because he's a romantic at heart and he believes entirely that one day he'll meet the girl of his dreams.

This girl just seems like she's the kind of mare to fall in love hard, but she gives off an air of bitterness, which reminded me of the lyrics. Plus her coat also reminded me of the title of the song, Wine Red, and the very last line I posted, silver leaves.
