why chose this?;;

Edmund was looking for this box for what seemed like an eternity. He learned about it as a legend via his great-grandmother when he was just a little sun. When she passed, he held onto this story and set out to see if it existed in honor of her. Looking far and wide through forests and woods across the globe, he found it somewhere in the northwestern United States. Within it, it held gemstones and jewelry, and coins from ages long past. Some of the gems were so old and rare, collectors would pay millions to have them in their possession, and everything was immensely beautiful. Edmund vowed to protect the box and its contents, and he keeps it stowed away in his hood, or up in the attic of our home.

After finding the box, he decided to remain close to its original location, so he found shelter in a home not too far from the woods where it was found. That house belonged to a young woman, myself, and he'd been residing there for several months before I found him, based on the looks of the attic. At first he was startled and defensive when I entered the attic (I was looking for stowed away items), but we came to a consensus, and he stays at my home. It's been a few years, and things are going smoothly; Edmund and I have gotten fairly close, and he's happy with his box. He might move on and travel around in the next years. I heard him tell of wanting to add to his collection, and search the Middle East countries for treasures to add to it. He thinks it may come in handy later if there's ever a crisis requiring an exchange of currency. For no though, he's please to protect it at all costs in honor of his late great-grandmother.

☼ Well- I’d rather not.. No. You’ll think I’m strange, unearthly. Not that I possess any bonds to the earth anyway.. I mean, that’s a different tale for a different day.. I think that either way, you’d find me understandably quite absurd. Not that I’m not absurd… for being absurd is the same as being understood. Well. I might as well tell you… My domain is… is.. a key. Yes.. a key, a key that I have named Athesphone (As-theft-fone-ey),you heard me right. Now, now, don’t laugh!

☼ Well.. I chose the key.. Or should I say Athesphone, because.. well… I don’t actually know. I told you not to snigger! It’s rude, and impeccably childish, don’t you think? As I was saying… I don’t quite know why I chose this little locket-key. I guess, I guess.. I told you not to laugh… I felt sorry for it? STOP! HOW MANY TIMES? Do you not learn, foolish being? Hmmph. I should have never told you why I chose it in the first place! More reasoning? You want more reasoning? Hmm.. Maybe you’re not so foolish after all, even if all you can detect is the lesser truth. I suppose I’ve had a phobia of being locked inside of things ever since I was born. I was extremely young when I first got stuck somewhere. To be precise, I was only a couple of days old, and since then, I couldn’t live without carrying keys around with me everywhere, I suppose you could call it a sort of.. hobby, as such, collecting keys. Yes, very therapeutic. And this little one, It was the first key I ever picked up. I’m just extremely attached to it!

☼ Yes, Of course I’m happy with my choice! Why wouldn’t I be? Humph!
I don’t believe you quite understand my logic. I love this key with all of my heart, and it would be wrong to regret my choice. Yes, I could move further from it in the future, but for now, I’m happy where I am. We'll travel the world together someday, Won't we, Athesphone? Yes, I agree. We will, and we'll visit all of those beautiful places that the holiday magazines describe. How marvelous!

why chose this?;; Osiris didn't want to be lonely wherever he ended up, so Axels hood seemed very appealing to him. Axel is a very loud and rambunctious man, so it also made things more appealing for Osiris. He loves being warm, so his hood makes things nice and cozy for him, and he also likes being involved in conversations (like listening and watching) so being high up allows him to be able to do this without difficulty. Since he doesn't like the feeling of loneliness, when he goes to sleep Axel is usually still awake and yapping away with his friends, which sort of lulls the sun to sleep knowing he's close to another person.

how are they doing right now / are they happy with their choice?;; It has its ups and downs, like any place he would've chosen to stay. Osiris loves staying in the hood sine its warm and it keeps him company, but Axel talks a lot, so sometimes when he wants a moment of peace and quiet he doesn't always get it. However, he get free transportation, a nice home, plenty of friends, and he even gets little bits of any kind of food Axel decides to eat . All in all, its a really nice home for him, and the two of them make great companions together. Osiris also has learned to move around his hoodie sometimes. The hood is his usual area of domain, its preferred as it has the most advantages, but sometimes he might move to the pockets if he feels like taking a nap without swinging around in his hood.

why chose this?;; Dysis was an unnatural wolf born to a natural pack, from the two strongest of Alphas. She was seen as a disgrace, with her brightly colored pelt, so instead of being the heir to the pack she was lowered to an Omega. She was beaten, attacked, and starved by everyone including her parents. When she finally stood up for herself and the other Omegas, things went too far. She was chased from the camp, and killed by the Omegas she stood up for by the river. Upon her death bed a light appeared, wrapping her body and engulfing her. When she awoke, she was not of this world. A crown on her head and desolated cities torn apart on her pelt. She was reincarnated as a vengeful spirit, coming to light every night to haunt the river in which she died. If you see her spirit, she will ask you if she is a monster, depending on your answer you will live or die. When Isadora encountered the wolf, her response was the most sincer Dysis had ever heard. The two were instantly bound together, having a understanding of the lost sense they both held.

how are they doing right now / are they happy with their choice?;; The two have confided in one another, filling the void in their hearts with memories they've created with each other. Dysis no longer kills, instead she shows herself to those who are lost and scared. She helps them, heals them as Isadora had done to her. The only time she is still vengeful is to those who she can sense are evil - however she will not do harm. Only scare them to the best of her abilities, in hopes they fix their ways before they pass on. Isadora finally has a home, and a friend to ramble on for hours about her fascinations. The pair can spend entirety together, as both have passed on from their lives in the mundane world.

why chose this?;; In all honesty, the way these two met was a complete and utter accident. Tsuya had been out on one of his daily walks out in the countryside, and Koji just so happened to be sleeping in the middle of the path. Having gotten distracted by his phone, Tsuya didn't notice the tiny Iqena resting until he tripped over the little one, which resulted in him accidentally kicking Koji in the face and effectively causing Tsuya to land flat on his face. The teenage male, frustrated that he'd scraped up his arms and hands trying to cushion his fall, quickly found that his phone's screen had cracked, and, furious, turned to scream at whatever he'd tripped over. Unfortunately for Tsuya, Koji is extremely sensitive, and, when the human male began yelling at him, his immediate response was to burst into tears. Now, Tsuya doesn't like making people cry - in fact, he hates it. So when the baby Iqena began to wail, Tsuya panicked and tried to calm the baby down by patting his head and cooing words of comfort to him. Now, because of Tsuya's sudden kindness, Koji has forgiven him, and has claimed the human as his domain.

how are they doing right now / are they happy with their choice?;; Koji is extremely happy with his choice! Now affectionately referring to Tsuya as his older brother, Koji follows him around everywhere, and refuses to let Tsuya out of his sight - even if for a moment. He has become overly attached to his domain, and begins to cry every time Tsuya tries to leave him behind.
With all that being said, Tsuya isn't particularly happy with the young Iqena's decision. He'd rather be on his own than have to tote around some stupid little fluff ball all day, and it's especially annoying when Tsuya is trying to hang out with his friends, as Koji oftentimes demands Tsuya's complete attention. However, as much as Tsuya dislikes the little guy, he won't simply ditch Koji. His conscience wouldn't let him, anyways. He'd feel utterly horrible for letting the tiny Iqena down, and God forbid cause Koji to cry. While Tsuya puts on this tough guy facade, he'd never leave Koji behind. As much as he hates this fact, he can't help but admit that Koji has grown on him. In fact, Tsuya oftentimes relies on Koji to make him smile. What can he say? The kid's cute, and good at cheering people up.
