Is it alright to use the other two cubs (and snippets of their personality) in my form, if only to create a story/whatever else? Just checking before I start that portion of my form. owo

Yes, you may use any personality types for the other cubs for the sole purpose of your story.
It will not affect you winning negatively because these L.O.C. characters are not set in stone.

Azure cannot remember quite a few things. To start, she has no recollection of her parents. Pitty for this falls on deaf ears as she really can't understand what she's missing because she's never had it.
Despite growing up without these parents she received quite a lot of love and support from those around her. She grew to love sparing with those around her, excited to learn and better herself, even if her attempts tend to fail most of the time.
Azure also has a hard time recalling things like the date or remembering names.
It's gotten her into trouble quite a few times during her years as a cub.
