Name: Her full name is Esther Bee Griffin, and she absolutely loves her middle name of "Bee". So much so that it has become a nickname for her!

Favorite thing to do when the weather is warm: Esther's two favorite things to do during summer is drink bubble teas and make terrariums.
Bubble tea:
Esther loves to get a cool refreshing bubble tea on a hot summer day. "Bubble tea, also known as pearl milk tea or boba milk tea, is a Taiwanese tea-based drink. Most bubble tea recipes contain a tea base mixed/shaken with fruit or milk, to which chewy tapioca balls and/or fruit jellies are often added." (Wikipedia). Esther loves how many different options there is for bubble tea, from chewy tapioca balls to lychee balls that pop in your mouth and leave a sweet yet tart taste. Bubble tea is perfect for a hot summer day, at least in Esther's opinion. Esther's regular order is "A coconut smoothie bubble tea with lots of lychee balls".

Terrariums:
Esther absolutely adores terrariums. She has a tumblr account dedicated to posting terrariums and ideas for terrariums, with hardly anything else. Esther finds them just plain adorable and very stylish, especially ones with succulents in them. She almost always is wearing a smaller terrarium as a necklace. Esther will go out early in the morning during summer on walks through the forest, with a little cardboard box and a shovel. On her way if she comes across some cute little plants or a nice patch of moss she will scoop it up and put it in her box, to make terrariums with later on. Esther loves to make terrariums in interestingly shaped bottles and containers, like this or this.
