He's basically just a regular guy who acts all fancy and polite, and is a little too much on the creepy side. He's insane, but not to the point where it's scary. His "insanity" (if you could even call it that) is pretty much him just giving names to random objects in the room and talking to them, and making them respond to him. Stuff like that.
His job is similar to that of MrCreepyPasta and PewDiePie on YouTube - he reads creepypastas and plays horror games. Though, strangely, he doesn't really freak out when a jumpscare pops out. He mainly just laughs and playfully scolds the game. o v o
