Sorry it took me sooo long to make XD she is loosely kitty themed and has a lighter version base coat as Tarter's I didn't want to do a design that was super faded together like tarder's but I did want to keep the "fade" affect in there in some way XD so I did it in her colors! I hope that you like her! <3 I'm really pleased with how she came out <3
