I don't want to spam here, but it simply doesn't matter if you're COPPA'd! When you submit you post, the mods always make sure that it is ahead of any others that have been submitted while yours is being checked by the mods, if that makes sense. So if you submit it at 5:00, it'll appear on thread ahead of those who submitted posts at 5:01.
