Alright, sorry it took so long to judge this! I was sick most of yesterday and didn't get much done and before then I was having trouble judging what picture/gif/name(s) I liked the best and had to work late the night before so I was in no mind to judge a contest.
Out of them all I loved katie_monkey's the best for name/gif combo, however, they're not eligible because they didn't mark the thread. Sorry, but you cannot adopt a parra because of that! Please make sure to read the rules carefully on the main thread before posting a form - you won't be eligible to win a Parra until you do.
My next pick was TessyTheWolf. The name you picked was actually one of my favorites out of them all, and thought that it would fit this unique Parra well. Also, the gears in the picture reminded me a lot of his design. All in all it was a very good form.

So in short TessyTheWolf is the winner of this Parrapup!
