username; hello there, i'm pep! i own two deersserts, kenjirou and lacey, and i have a premade pfs from the event coming. <3

palette/hex codes; palette; i believe the hex codes are included! you are free to incorporate a pastel yellow into the star charm and the items, as i feel that would fit. you have flexibility to use even brighter or slightly darker shades of the colors in the palette.
pattern(s)/based off of; overall, a very starry theme! i would like tiny stars on her legs and around her tail, as she is partially based off the stars and a bright nebula. and for the charm on her tail, i would prefer a star. for the rest, you have the freedom to go crazy! i know you'll do something i will like. u v u
edits; long hair tucked into a braid, which falls nearly to the ground. her hair color is white, with a pale blue shimmer incorporated in the braid like glitter is in her hair and braid. i'm not sure if it counts as an edit, but her eyes are heterochromic, one eye pale golden and the other eye pale blue, with no pupils and extra shine in her eyes as if she is blind.
items; a star crown!! it's like a flower crown, but with little star charms, sort of like this plumerian's. you have freedom to do as you like with this one!!

• Some kind of hair, maybe sort of a fancy style, but still kind of messy, with a silver hair clip in it?
•If it isn't to hard could you make is a banana slice in the tail instead of a cherry? if not, that's fine.
•Whipped cream "feathering", like on a Clydesdale horse. If you don't know what I mean by feathering check this Wikipedia article (trust me it's short).

Other; She's british, so if you could make her look like a high class, fancy lady sort of thing, but maybe with a wild/not so high class twist to it, that would be great.

Pattern(s)/Based off of; id like them to be inspired by some of these photos here, or generally a candy shop/candy in general. if they could also possibly be a bit pastel goth inspired along with that, id love it! qvq
Edits; curly hair that's a lil bit swoopy (preferably a grey or brown color, and sparkly like sugar?), a candy of sorts instead of a cherry, maybe a lil extra fluff?
Items; a sweater that says "midnight snack expert", colored a sort of purple-grey. along with a flower crown of sorts, a few wristbands possibly? and generally candy-themed accessories.
