Well, hello there! My name is ~Crystelle Skye~, but call me Crystelle. As a non-owner, I've been meaning to try
out for a Parrapup for a very long time, and haven't ever gotten round to it. But (this genuinely happened)
right after watching the video that goes along with this, I click onto Chicken Smoothie for the event. And
see this. Honestly, DHMIS has pretty much taken over my life at the moment, from shipping Paige and Tony
here to actually learning to play both songs on my piano. And so I literally couldn't NOT try for this one.
And, I swear, if you make a Paige, I will try for her too.
Please make a Paige.

Well, as he put it, this is a clock we're talking about. I'm not sure that they have genders. But seriously though,
I think this beauty would be a Non-Binary gender, seeing as how he started as a humble clock, an inanimate
object. Despite this, he uses male pronouns since he has a rather masculine voice.

I see Tony has been taken already, and so I would call him Antony Chronos the Talking Clock. It doesn't have
quite the same ring, but I suppose he could always use Tony as a nickname. The second name, however,
comes directly from the Ancient Greek titan (and father of the Gods). The word is also the Greek translation
for "time". And the talking clock? He's a talking clock.
One thing Tony DOES NOT like to be called is a figment of the imagination, something which humans created.
For whilst, technically, time is not a "thing" but an idea, a dimension which records the length of an activity,
how long has been spent on something or the duration of a period of the day.
Tony is a psychopath, just don't make him angry.

This is a very interesting song, because underneath the cutesy and quite childish outlook originally displayed,
and the simple, optimistic tune is an almost dark message of how humankind is controlled by the structure
and routine enforced by time, something which they are unable to question or defy.

P E R S O N A L I T Y
Tony is, to say the least, more than a little narcissistic. He is very self absorbed, but
more so than this, he is obsessed with routine. He states that Time helps us
"keep things in line", and ensures that Robin, Harry and Manny (the three puppets)
remain on schedule, whether the activity is necessary or not. Tony is also clearly
a little bit of a gadget freak, and finds great pleasure in new technology and
how it can change the world. He dismisses the past because we are moving
into a new future. A bit of a loner, he doesn't really like people and is much
more concerned with routine and structure. He doesn't approve of fun or
creativity as it wastes precious time which could be used for something far more
productive.
I would imagine him as quite outgoing and someone who does his own thing. Or,
more to the point, does his own thing regardless of what others think or do. He
doesn't care what the general opinion or consensus is, and will stop at nothing to get
his way.
Also, he seems to like fish. Just saying.

T O N Y ' S N E W L O O K

Tony hates me forever.
Art for this is a work in progress, but I created Tony the most gorgeous Lolita dress. He'd make a wonderful Brolita!
The shape is similar to the very popular Sugary Carnival One Piece Dress released by Angelic Pretty in 2011, but in a more Tony-related colour (the indigo blue) with a print of clocks and fish. Because we all know how much Tony likes fish.
Essentially, Lolita is a Japanese, very cutesy fashion style involving puffy, cupcake-shape skirts with petticoats underneath. It also generally incorporates lace and bows. The dress I thought Tony would look great in is a One Piece, meaning it has sleeves. The print circles around the base of the dress, with small fish and clocks dotted around. It is indigo/grey/blue-ish in colour.
I tried out various hairstyles in my sketches too, and think that Tony looks great with bangs.
He doesn't agree.

Thank you for the opportunity to try for this design. I had planned to do a story and art, but hit one of my "sad" phases. I couldn't finish, so I'm going to have to submit what I have. It isn't great, but I can't do any more.

I feel as the quotes are a little out of place, and there's not exactly any art nor any real link to anything other then writing- But the content and coding is pretty nice! Although you don't care if tony is already a taken name so i dunno, Just not what i would have had in mind of this guy

I very much would have liked to see some art in your for, but he layout was colorful without being too much. I feel the personality was better developed and gave me a better idea on the character you like for the parra. I like the quotes used but maybe shrink the size a little they kind of overshadow the actually writing. It was very amusing to read though, it was not dry and boring.

I really like the depth given to how he is and the links between this Parra and the actual Tony! The large text though in the coding does overwhelm a lot of the form though, and it can make wanting to read it just a bit tiring. Even pictures/gifs just to space it out or spruce it up would be nice. I don't judge too hard on coding though, so it doesn't mean much. Most of all, I feel there was just a little too much unneeded text in there to read and/or it was just repetitive. I feel like you mostly just used Tony from the video completely instead of developing a full character. (Another thing, Parras can have the same names as other Parras, just like people can)

I really enjoyed the likes and dislikes you gave him, The art was very nice! You encorperated a lot of things i enjoyed and the coding was pleasant, One thing i would have liked to see though is a little bit more writing and or art, The meaning of time should have been fitted somehow a bit better, So long story short- I really enjoyed your form but it had some flaws!

I have to agree, I would love to see more personality for this one instead of just having art. The art is very nice though, and I'm not going to just dismiss it. Also, dictionary definitions can be quite unappealing to me. It just takes up space and I usually get rather confused by it being there.

Well to answer your question their is actually another meaning behind Gero that derives for the Basque language coming to mean "future". Personality

Tony is knowledgeable in quite a few things relating back to history, and technology, especially clocks. He is very punctual, and keeps a tight schedule on almost everything, following the same routine for the day, everyday. He likes things the way they are, and isn't welcome to things and ideas that differ from the regular, or same routine. He's not one to think outside the box, and in conversation sticks to one subject, becoming rather upset when someone tries to change it. He can be rather narcissistic, caring more to talk about him, and what he knows. He doesn't like to be shown up on anything, and will purposely cut the other person off in conversation, or go out of his way to show up, being shown up. He has a great interest in clocks and time, which is why he can't stand people being late, or screwing around when something is planned, or needs to get done.

The way I see it, I really love all of the art, but it just kind of seems like it's thrown on there and isn't quite sorted, and I still really enjoy looking at most of it. You fit in some personality which looks really nice to fit with pictures, but I think it would be cool to see some stories or going more in depth with his character. I absolutely love the outfit even if it just an adjusted version from the Human Tony.
