Kester hates Pollen, but more than hating the plant it self, he hates the allergic reaction he gets.
Kester would be fine with Spring, even spring allergies, if he didn't have the reaction he had. The Pollen fills up his lungs, and nose, making his face swell up a little and turn beat red, making him look like he is a fat bean blushing all the time. While the other beans think this is the funniest thing ever, Kester isn't quite as amused. Thanks to this, his while spring is ruined since he can hardly go out side, so he is stuck enjoying spring from behind glass.

Ironically enough, Briar has seasonal allergies, and spends a lot of the spring inside. Just one sniff of pollen can leave them sneezing for a long time after. They often spend their time doing puzzles or reading in a darkened room with only a lamp on.

Because she loves the water so much, she spends most of her time surfing or spending her day by the water. Sadly, the coldness of the water results in a horrible cold, or just terrible allergies. Insects. No, not like that. Honestly, we're not all squeamish... not like that. Do you know what bugs do, other than mimic my sauce-like-coat? Eat leaves. You know who uses those leaves? least favorite part of spring: The fact that she is blue-green colorblind [Tritanopia] is Tulip's least favorite part of really everything, especially spring. All of her friends have tried to explain what the colors look like. Unfortunately, it's near impossible to imagine a color you've never seen. Although the colors of the flowers are stunning against the grays, Tulip has always thought a bright green to be better. Whenever she looks at her vine-covered tail, it is a constant reminder of what she cannot see, but also what was given to her. Tulip is grateful she can see what she can. [example] [example]
