►The festival: Kitsune, a young boy was smiling. Today he was going to the dragon festival. As the day started to fade he headed out. The dragon festival is a festival with fireworks and people folding two sided torches and waving them like dragons. He arrived and gasped.. In the corner a young adult bean was breathing fire more than 10 feet long and in the center there was basic juggling. But in the back was someone with those two sided torches and he was waving them to make brilliant streaks. He ordered some flaming fire seeds, a JBD traditional treat for the festivals. The hot seeds added burning feelings to his mouth making him feel like he was the one breathing fire. Kitsune explored, over bridgesand down. Finally the time had come, the big tricks. He went to a big group of JBDs that were looking at something; he made his way through and saw a huge torch, as long as him! The two sided kind, the JBD was waving. it looked like a dragon. It glowed and shimmered as it flashed past and made his eyes light up. The night ended, with not very much excitement. He had danced, he had watched fireworks but the best part happened when he went back to see the torches. He went back up, everyone had left but the guy was still there “could you do it again??” he said in a small voice the guy turned around and smiled “sure!” he said and commenced the dragon. After Kitsune clapped and smiled “when I grow up, I want to do that” he said. The man smiled and took something from his bag. A torch he gave it to the little boy and said “be careful”. He practised and eventually joined the festival at 25.
