Laurel's favourite thing about Spring is the plants. It's like the whole world becomes her garden! During the winter months, she can only tend to spindly winter plants or small flowers in her indoor flower pots, but when Spring rolls around, for her it's like her few little flower pots have spilled over into the whole city! She loves the tender new buds and tiny leaves as the world slowly wakes up after winter's snowy blanket has been lifted. So many new flowers she can press and add to her journal, so many new plants and ferns to draw. She always picks a weekend in the first month of spring to go to the garden store to replenish her garden supplies. New flowers, new seeds to plant, new pots to paint and decorate.

Nobody can help but have their hearts melt as the tiny little bee-bean whirls around the garden store, excitedly peering into very pot and every shelf for undiscovered spring treasures! She loves watching as tiny seeds take root and grow into beautiful flowers or plants with gorgeous leaves, it makes her wonder how anyone can be bitter when there is so much picturesque life blooming all around them. There is always something exciting new to learn, another herb to find recipes for or a new flower to plant and see how it grows.

Laurel wouldn't mind one bit if her town became suspended in spring-time forever, new having to watch all the fruits of her work wilt in her garden as winter approaches the next year, always being able to enjoy the flowers. She makes new flower crowns every few days so she can always have some beautiful plants near by to just take in the wonder of nature. [ 292 // 300 words ]

Bee walked along the pathway, lugging a box of flower seeds over to his
mother, while singing a tune his mother had made for him when he was young, because
of his bee-like pattern. "You wanna be like me, but that's not what you'll be, because
your never gonna be a bee. whee!"

Once had gotten over to his mother, he opened the box
and started pulling out the packs of seeds with pictures of pretty flowers on them. He couldn't
read yet, but his mother had taught him to memorize images. She smiled and took some of the
packs. "These are enough, Bee." She opened the packs of seeds and put some seeds in another box.
This box had the top hollowed out, and it was halfway filled with dirt. There were some small holes
in each side, but they were filled with wires that went halfway across the box, moving to the other
side of the wooden case and resting in another hole.

Bee lifted up the box and staggered over to
a large tree, with the help of his mother. his mother pulled out one wire, while Bee put his finger
over the hole that the wire was in. Bee's mother placed part of the wire around the tree, and then put it back
in the hole. She let go, and the strong wires held the box up. Bee scurried to his mother and jumped
up and down.

"Can we do the worms now?" His mother smiled and nodded. Bee started digging with his paws. He found some worms and grabbed them. He placed them in the
mini-garden that was wired to the tree.

It was a tradition.
He did it ever since.

What she loves most about the Springtime?::

Meredith loves everything about the springtime, but there is many that stand out above the rest. The first one would be the noise of the birds chirping outside, and every now and then I catch Meredith humming along to their wonderful tunes. Probably the most active thing I see Meredith doing in the spring is flying her kite outside. She loves to just feel the breezes rush through her coat of fur, and looking up into the sky to see her beautiful kite dancing in the winds. Meredith enjoys almost everything about Spring, and I hope you do too.

I chose that name because this bean reminds me of the musical I watched a few weeks ago!! It was named Mathilda and it's about a girl with super powers. The music was dead awesome!! Totally recommend it. The show is long though, longer than the actual movie.

Favorite thingy about spring:
Rainy rainy days.
Somehow the sound and rhythm of the heavy rain gives honhon a very pleasant feeling about the entire atmosphere rain causes, esp when honhon is sleeping, working on flowercrowns and other gifts to give to her acquaintances, having a meal or just cuddling up against a tree or smth and enjoying the sound of rain, plus the smell of rain mixed with the scent of flowers is outrageous too! Storms scare honhon lots though so don't take this little friend out when it's storming outside!!

a young girl is sat in the lush green grass, beside a young, brown fawn. it looked weak; but it had its head rested on the girl's knee, and it showed no fear. the fawn looked about a month old. its ears were slicked back across its tiny head, its body pressed up against the girls small black and yellow body. "oh, you're lovely," the girl whispered. "i could sit here all day. in fact, i'll do just that." she stroked its head. "my name's bumble." bumble picked a few of the flowers out of the grass, and weaved them into a flower crown. she placed it on the fawn's head. "here you go." bumble murmured, and it licked her hand softly. "you're welcome, little fawn." she said. "i love making flower crowns in spring. the flowers are always so beautiful. they are all sorts of lovely colours. purple, blue, yellow, red.. just so many." bumble picked up a few red flowers, and began to make another crown. bumble raised her head and closed her eyes, feeling the quiet, warm spring breeze brush through her fur. she looked back down at the fawn, which was breathing quietly. it was asleep. she smiled and began to talk to it again. "spring is my favorite season of the year, there's just so much to do. i wish spring would last forever." bumble gently ran her fingers across the fawn's spotted pelt. "which is why i make the most of it."

her favorite part of spring is seeing the flowers start to bloom! everyday in the spring, she'll spend hours just staring at the flowers in her mother's garden. sometimes, her mother even lets her do the job of watering the plants to help them grow! not only does beezus love the appearance of the flowers, but she also loves the smell. she hopes that one day, she'll be able to create a perfume using the plants she so adores. ♥

F A V O R I T E . T H I N G . A B O U T . S P R I N G: (hehe that rhymes) Maes loves the spring. Mostly because of how his bonsai reacts; when spring comes around, his tiny little bonsai sprouts the most delicate, lovely little blossoms Maes has seen. He's an avid little gardener, causing quite a mess around the house, but his favorite of course is his bonsai, which is a Mt. Fuji Serissa- a small thing with star-shaped flowers and tipped leaves. His mother had taken him to the nearby home improvement & gardening store, where he had found the tiny little tree on sale. Maes had been entranced; always one for miniature things, he adored the tree with a passion. So he was allowed to take the little tree home with promises of taking care of it.

Since Bonsai trees can be particularly difficult to take care of, Maes had trouble the first couple of times. He often forgot to water the poor thing and rarely trimmed it. So when spring came around, and the little tree was turning brown and it's leaves an unhealthy color, Maes was frustrated and couldn't bring himself to care. That was before he saw it's first bloom! It was such a small little thing; white, but star-shaped and delicate. He had promptly gone to show his mother, she pointing out that it would have more blooms if he watered and trimmed it more; Maes felt horrible, realizing how much he had neglected the plant. So now everytime spring rolls around, after a year of intensive care from Maes, he loves to see the fruit of his attentiveness and care blossoming so beautifully, making spring definitely the best season of the year.
