Black: Black represents calm, rest and renewal. Just as the black of night offers us sleep and a time to recover, rest and regenerate for the day ahead, black has the same effect in colour healing. The colour black also opens up the deeper levels of the unconscious and is used to induce a deep meditational state. It is used for absorbing negativity, dealing with depression and grief, divination and bringing things to an end. Black represents self-control and resilience. I believe a healthy person possesses all these qualities.
White: White is associated with light, goodness, innocence, purity, and virginity. It is considered to be the color of perfection. White means safety, purity, and cleanliness, all of these I view to be healthy traits. White depicts faith and purity. White also depicts simplicity. I believe that the simplest lives can sometimes be the healthiest one.
Silver: Silver represents security, reliability and intelligence. I feel that these three qualities are healthy qualities to have. Silver, like black, also symbolizes calm. I believe a calm mind is a healthy one.

Black: Black isn't necessary a color to be associated with death or sickness. But for sure black is a mysterious and dark color. Staring at this color brings up several thoughts. Although it's dark there is something deeper behind it. Like the universe. Or water that seems to be black, it only reflects what comes by. And when a baby is born it always leaves the darkness behind. The dark, black, inside is safety for the baby. So for a growing baby it is healthy and needed to survive to stay in the black safety of it's mother's belly.
White: White is possibly the purest color out there in this world. Pure white, often, or almost always seen in hospitals. Hospital means healing sick and injured people. White is a sterile color, everyone can interpret it the they they want to, but due to it's bright appearance, white is like a sad spark of life.
Silver: Silver is the color of the set of instruments used in surgery and all kinds of operations. It is needed to help people or eveb save their lives.
