It's a nice and sturdy tree. It's almost like how a person or bean could be. It can stay there for years and even though it changes in the fall and winter, it's still an oak tree. It's really unchangeable on the inside but on the outside it does. It also providers and nice shade during summer and a nice place to be in whenever he wants to rest. He loves to climb the tree and rest among the branches as he watches other JBDs do their business or just to take a little siesta. That is why it is his favorite plant.

Why?:

Because just like the spider plant, Marimo may appear to be chaotic and sprawling from the outside- it may seem that he sprouts in different directions or tangents in an apparently random and disorderly manner. However in reality, this couldn't be further from the truth. He is precise and perfectly conscious of his inner mind's workings- while others may struggle to keep up with him, and try to 'trim him back' into something they can understand, as it were, Marimo knows exactly what he is doing. Vastly imaginative, Marimo is able to explore himself and discover his capabilities in a way he can comprehend- and having several different ideas at once is not unusual for him. It doesn't take much to keep him happy- a warm place to sleep, good food and the occasional cuddle when his endless thinking tires him out is all this little bean needs <3

Mostly because the way it's leaves develop fascinate him - first its totally involute,
and then, very slowly, it unrolls more and more to become a beutiful fern leaf.
And because this somehow reminds him a bit of himself - when he was young,
he was a very quiet and shy child, but when he grew older and discovered more and more
what new adventures the world held ready for him, he got more and more extravert.
Today he is a very slaphappy and funloving bean, always looking for new things to discover and

Why?: i absolutely love the look of the leaves on this tree, and when I saw him the very first thing I thought was "AVOCADO!!" So its an avocado tree. Its nothing beautiful but it is instead just a simple little tree, yet it grows something that is very delicious that many people love.

Why?: When she was newly hatched, her real mother layed her in a basket and sent her down a river to a lake. The spirits kept her safe, and lilypads blooming with water lilies surruonded the basket as it drifted. A younf couple found her and rsised her as their own. Thry named hrtpr Suiren after the japenese word for water lily. Suiren is a gardener, but she allways has a special place in her pouch for water lilies.

Lilly Daleah-(pronounced Lil-Lee/Duh-Lee-uh)The Lilly in her name was given to her by her mother, who thought she was as beautiful as a Lilly the day she hatched from her little jellybean shaped egg. Then, her father named her Daleah after her grandmother who was a gardener at Buckingham Palace in the 60s. She prefers to be called Daleah, but Lilly works as well.

Why?:
I chose the white Lilly because it and Daleah have a lot in common. The Lilly only holds it's bloom for one day, then it begins to wilt and another bloom opens. Daleah sees the Lilly as a life cycle, but more in depth. Each new bloom means a new day, fresh and full of life. In that day you can do whatever you want with it. But, the wilting bloom stands for the day that has ended, and you can remember that day, but you can never live it again or bring it back.
Also, Daleah's mother named her after this beautiful and symbolic plant because it is said that the white lilly gives luck to travelers who gaze at its beauty. Others also say that fairies rest in these white blooms. But, Daleah just loves all flowers in general. She grows lillies in her flowerpot in her room. Daleah wishes to one day have her own garden to walk her true love through, and tell him how important he is to her.

But she plans to grow a whole garden of them if she ever gets a good seed to plant. She wants to help make the Jade Vine a common plant by restoring its numbers so that he will never be extincted.
