what's your favorite holiday tradition?;; My favorite holiday tradition is going to Church for the Christmas Service! Just today my family and I went and we had a blast; we watched a really funny video interviewing all these little kids and we all got to light up candles but my older sister kept blowing mine out >.< I had a lot of fun being there with people who love and every year I ask myself, "what's going to happen these year at the service?"

what's your favorite holiday tradition?;; Every year my birds get new hand-made toys and the time I make them, from old newspapers, cloth, String, Mini-Shoes, and most of all, love. We also make Popcorn Strings for them, they end up being stripped down to the core. My birds then come in to snuggle with me and warm-up, I got them a few years back, and this has been my favorite ever since. We also honor my quaker who passed Last year.

what's your favorite holiday tradition?;; My favorite Christmas tradition is an old one that me and my sisters used to do. 'L' (The eldest) would wake up 'H' (The middle-child) and go downstairs to look inside their stockings and feel their presents from Santa. Then they both would wake me up and I would look in my stocking and feel my presents. We then would watch a few films until our folks woke up. We called it 'The Tradition'. c:

what's your favorite holiday tradition?;; Out of the many holiday traditions my family has, my absolute favorite occurs on Christmas eve. Every year we go to the store and buy a foot long cold cut sub and go down to this ice covered bridge where there are always a homeless person and we give the sub to him/her along with 50$ in cash.

what's your favorite holiday tradition?;; For the past few years my boyfriend, his mom, and I have all lived together in Idaho, but the rest of our families live in Southern California. Each year, usually for Christmas but sometimes for Thanksgiving, we make the 14 to 16 hour drive down in one day. The first few times it was kind of fun, but now its just really boring and frustrating since we've done it so many times. However, when we get to Las Vegas, that's when it starts to get better! We're still hours from our destination, but each time we pass through we stop at In-N-Out.

In-N-Out doesn't exist anywhere in Idaho and the closest one is in Salt Lake City, Utah. But its far too smoggy to stop in Salt Lake if we can avoid it! Since In-N-Out is my favorite food, I really treasure every Vegas stop. It gives us a chance to really relax, stretch our legs, and eat real food for probably the first time all day. And there's just something special about eating at the In-N-Out close to the strip, where we can see all the hotel lights.

Once we finish we climb back into the car, happy, full, and much more prepared to finish the long drive to go see our family.

Well, every year my family get these little presents from my nan {and since we only see her once a year it's a little reminder of her} which we aren't allowed to open until after the main Christmas meal, and they contain such basic, basic things, but we don't care they're a tiny, wonderful little gift which really reminds us of the fact that you don't need a huge gift to get all you need. It's a very humbling present!<3
And, because I'm awkward I have two which are equally tied; Whilst the first one was a Christmas-related tradition, the second one is that my family, on New years eve go visit my Gran and celebrate the new year with her, my uncle {and I guess, now, his boyfriend} and we do this every year and it's just an amazing, happy experience which will never get old.

I desperately love my Nan, Gran, Grandfather and Uncle!<3
