Name: Habanero
Gender: Male
Pic/Gif:I decided to take a different approach from everyone else. My picture may look innocent, but look a little closer. This woman is holding a
Bhut Jolokia, commonly called a
Ghost Pepper or
Ghost Chili. This tiny, meek looking pepper packs a punch - on the
Scoville Scale, it gets a pungency level of 330,000–1,532,310. To give you an idea of how hot that is, firstly look at this woman's protection against the pepper. She has gloves, goggles, and a mask on. This thing is so hot, she doesn't even want it touching her skin or her eyes - and she certainly doesn't want to breathe in the scent of it, either. Secondly, the average bottle of Tabasco Sauce gets a Scoville Scale pungency level of 30,000–50,000 - which makes the Ghost Pepper at least ten times the intensity of a bottle of Tabasco Sauce! This pepper may not look impressive, but the numbers indicate otherwise - this thing truly is tiny but mighty!
