N a m e:
Rhapsody
At first, this kiamara reminded me of the song 'Bohemian Rhapsody' by Queen, because of her fluid designs and vivd colors. The way the teal stands out against her sunset-like coat sort of parallels the story in the song. As the singer sings about accepting his death, a bizarre and wonderful opera session begins, effectively changing the direction of the entire song. Rhapsody's spots are, in essence, the opera.
A rhapsody in music is defined as having an air of spontaneous inspiration and free-flowing, which I though matched here rebel-like presence. This spontaneous inspiration and freedom is also what I wanted to hint at in my sonnet.

The crack of dawn is when I'm most alive
The light now filters through my window pane
Alert and focused, every morning starts
With quietude and stillness, all the same.
'Tis vital, slip past snoring folks with care
But I have mastered all the stealth and calm
One needs to reach the crisp and open air.
A step outside, the world is in my palm.
The sky burns red and orange, welcomes me
To listen to the birds and feel the wind
Upon my smiling face and past the trees.
It fuels me, makes me run to clear my mind.
New day, new thoughts, new possibilities.
My happy place, the day is mine to seize
