ART RULES
Original art is going to be worth the most points, but is not required.
Costume must be designed by you, but the art presenting is can be done by someone else, or someone can make a pic of him/her and you can draw the costume on it.
You may not use JBD gift-lines
You MAY use editables in the editable oekaki section, and edit a dox/cat/etc to look like a bean, then draw the costume. make sure to link back if you use a base.
Traditional art is fine

I hate pants, and I don't want to see a costume based solely on human clothes. Be creative and design/adapt something that can be worn by a quadruped.
Yes, you can actually put pants on the costume if it is absolutely necessary to the costume as a whole.
But keep in mind I really hate seeing pants on four-legged animals.

What is a Jellybean Dragon?
A Jellybean Dragon is a fluffy, friendly dragon that hatches from a jellybean-like egg. Their diet consists of fruits and insects, but they also love sweets and desserts. Their fur is soft and long, usually brightly colored, neat, and shiny. Jellybean Dragons are mostly gentle and happy, and love attention. Most are Great Dane-sized when they are fully grown, but some of them can grow as big as a cow. All Jellybean Dragons have pouches on their bellies, which they use to carry around food or younger JBDs.
