Also, he must admit, he loves that he can that make designs by building with the sugar cubes before eating them, though he would never admit that he does this. Who couldn't love a food that you can stack with and had that irresistible flavor.

His favorite food and why: Aussie absolutely adores cantaloupe. Aussie was born in the mountains, like most equids, but below this mountain, was a large cantaloupe patch, growing on farm land, the nearest human miles away. The first place Aussie walked to, when he learned how to walk on his thing, shaky legs, was the cantaloupe patch. He was fascinated with the rough texture on the outside, and wanted to find out what was inside these round balls. After stomping on the sphere, it easily smashed into pieces, spraying orange pieces and juice all over the place. Licking the juice, on this hot summer day, Aussie fell in love with the sweet taste. Aussie has quite a large sweet tooth, for just about anything sweet. But the intense flavor, the sweetness, the bold orange color, well, Aussie just couldn't stop gnawing on the food. And that's how his love of cantaloupe came to be.

His favorite food and why: Manx absolutely, with all his heart, loves the sweet, different taste of cheesy fries. He'll do anything to snatch a few fries from unsuspecting people, and may even resort to charging down a hungry human just to take their cheesy fries. It's a simple food, but virtually unknown in the mountain tops, and not even sugar cubes can top them. So just as a warning, hide you're cheesy fries because at anytime Manx could be peeking around the corner and waiting to take his chance.

His favorite food and why: Bread. More precisely, soft white bread with raisins and nuts inside it. It's a rare treat, but the occasional human camper/visitor often brings bread along. Wolverine loves raisin-and-nut bread because of its usually soft texture and the thin, sweet crust. When he bites into it, raisins add a lovely sweet flavor to the bread and nuts top it all off with their fragrance and slight sweet-saltiness. Just one slice of this fills Wolverine's stomach and he'd be left satisfied, sleepy and happy. Friends like to approach him after he eats 'till his tummy bulges, because he is more likely to be quick-tempered, impatient and snappy if his hunger is not sated. Like they always say, a hungry man (or in Wolverine's case, equid) is a crabby man.
