I've never really had an interest in trying out for a JBD, as I've always seen how many people enter to get one.
Truth be told, competition scares me, and I'd rather let others fight it out then be lost in the fray.
This said, the moment I saw this beautiful sweetheart, I absolutely knew that even if I didn't win, I at least had to try <3

What is this JBD's profession?
Rango, is a rockstar. Most specifically, the lead electric guitarist in The Rockin Beans. From a young age Rango has enjoyed music, but in his teen years of a bean, a certain music stood out, rock music. He cut his fur 'tuff' into a rock star way and formed a band in which he called "The Rockin Beans". He had a hard time rising to stardom with his band, but eventually they did it and became famous bean rock stars.

"When I pick up my guitar, a burst of happiness goes through me, a happiness that tells me I am doing what I was meant to do."

For my extra I wrote a story in the POV of Rango.

I was your average teen bean, I hung out with my buddies, and I partied. Growing up, I grew fond of one type of music, rock. I remember going to my budd's house, he had an electric guitar. He played a few songs, and then put a CD in his computer to play some music, the band he played was one that I still like to this very day, My Chemical Romance. The second I heard that band, I knew my calling in life, I wanted to be a rock star. So, once done at my budd's house, I ran to the closest shop. I had the remainder of my birthday money, and I bought myself a cyan blue electric guitar. When I held that guitar, it was the most amazing feeling I have ever had, it was a feeling of love so to say.

I remember coming home with that guitar, and seeing my dad's face turn bright red. My dad was the boring type, he only listened soft songs like country, and worked in an office building all day, staring at a computer screen. "What is that?" he questioned me, I simply looked at him, and with confidence, I said, "The key to my future." I could tell, he did not like that answer, not one bit, but I didn't care. All my life he has told me what I needed to be, a office worker. He said I would once day take over his company, but I didn't want that. Ever since my mother had passed away, he had been strict, choosing what my future would be. But I knew, if my mother would of been alive, she would of supported my dream. I knew being a rock star would be amazing, I could travel the world, meeting new beans and have people who love me. So, I locked my room door and began watching tutorials on how to play the electric guitar, years had passed before I mastered my electric guitar. By the time I had mastered my guitar, I was already in a band. We called ourselves 'The Rockin Beans' and we played on the streets. We had me, the electric guitar, my friend who was a singer, my other friend who was a drummer, and then this random bean who we chose to be on the keyboard. Everything was great, but the only problem was, no one knew who we are, and I wanted to change that.

I had advertised all around the town before my band got it's first big gig, we were going to be on a television show. At the time my band was playing a diner that was ran by the drummer's mom. One day we saw a show on television, it was a show that all rising stars went on, it was called 'The Next Bean Stars', basically we had to play on the show and if the three judges liked us, we would move onto the next round. I convinced all the band mates to audition, and then, without telling me dad, I left. I cut my my little hair poof on my head into a mohawk shape, and then we got into my friend's car and drove across the state to get to the show auditions. We knew we might not get in, but we wanted to take the chance. When we got on the tiny stage, we all were worried, but we knew this may be the only time we get this chance, so we played our hearts out.

The judges clapped after our performance, and they chatted among themselves. At least three of the four judges had to want us on the show for us to progress into the next round. When the judges finally came to a decision, they looked at us and started speaking. First I heard one yes...then a second yes..then someone said no. My heart sunk, in order to at least get a shot at our dream, we needed one more yes from this one judge. I could feel my heart pounding in my chest, I looked at the judge, and then I heard it, it was a yes.

My whole crew jumped up and down with excitement, we were going to the next round! As we exited the stage, I nearly cried of joy, but that would of ruined my rock star makeup, and make me look like a huge baby so I held them back. As the weeks went on, we progressed round after round, only being in the bottom three once. We made friends, and we lost them as they were eliminated, but we were happy. Because thousands of beans watched us every Friday night when the show was on, and as we looked in the audience, we heard more and more beans yelling our names. We grew fond of the fame, but I couldn't help but think what would happen if I had to go home to my father. What would he do? I never told him I was leaving because he would of never let me go, so I kinda just left. He must of known I was there though, because he watched the television quite a lot and we had been on it a lot. All the fun my band was having made me not think of him much though.

Time flew by while we were on the show, before we knew it, we were in the top four. Once one more artist was eliminated, it would be the finales. We knew everyone in the final four, but there was one bean we did not like, she was a singer and a snob. She was rude to everyone behind the scenes, and had told everyone to quit because she would win. No one liked her, at all. She often made fun of my band and called me rude names because I wore rock star makeup, but we didn't care. We knew the best things in life happened to those who are kind, and she most definite was not kind. When the judges had to pick someone to go home, my band was extremely worried, everyone was so good, how would we make it? Then, a miracle happened, the rude bean went home, and we knew, we were in the final three. My band and I were excited, we were going to be playing live in front of thousands of beans, and the best part was, the fans were going to choose who won. We just had to hope we had enough fans to win.

My band and I practiced every day, hoping to perfect our song before the finales. We did perfect the song, so the night before the show, we went out for pizza. We had all agreed that no matter what, even if we didn't win, we still need to be friends, and we must still be happy for the winner. That night I could hardly sleep, because I knew my dream may come true tomorrow, and I knew, I could be living the life I wanted to.

The next day came around, and we headed to the filming area. We had greeted all our friends and waited for the show to begin, when the show did begin we sang our very last song, it was the first rock song I ever heard, Sing by My Chemical Romance. We sang our hearts out, as best as we could of sang that night, I rocked on my guitar, getting every note perfect. When we had finished the crowd roared with excitement and an announcer came over telling everyone to text the number one to vote for us. We soon exited the stage and awaited the moment of truth. I remember that night my band mates were all talking about how we wanted this so much and the first place we would go on tour if we got it. The time flew and soon the announcer was had began talking about the ending of the show. The final three, including my band and I, went up on stage and awaited the vote count. "Alrighty everyone, it's time to get to the votes!" he had said, speaking into a darkly colored microphone and looking over a phone which held the vote count. "In the third place.." he paused, knowing it would cause excitement. I looked at my band, holding my breath, I remember almost passing out due to the lack of air I had, "The Fresh Beans!" I started breathing again, this time with a smile. My band was happy to not get last place, we just hoped we were good enough to get first. "Good luck," the other band had told us, we had nodded wishing them luck as well. "In second place we have..." there was a pause, the crowed seemed to fall silent, you could hear a pin drop, "The Rocking Beans!" when I heard that name, my heart sank. We got second, we won nothing...We wouldn't get a record deal, we wouldn't live our dream, we would be known as the ones who almost got their dream.. almost.

My band and I, all upset and in a mess of sadness, hurried back to the hotel before anyone could snap a picture of our sorry faces after the show. "I thought we did it.." my friend who sang commented, I could tell she wanted to cry, but stood strong. "It's okay, we could go on next year.." I quietly commented, looking downward at the carpet. My band mates nodded, and then we went to bed without another word, not a single one of us wanted to return to our homes, we wanted to live our dream.

I was awoken the next morning by a phone, I looked at the caller id and it was an unknown number, but I answered it anyways. "Hello?" I said in a tired voice, still half asleep as I spoke. "Ah hello, you are Rango, yes? The electric guitar player from The Rocking Beans?" an official sounding voice through the phone questioned, I thought it was just someone who called to joke around with me because my band lost, but I continued talking. "Yes, you are speaking to Rango." I had answered, rolling my eyes. "Ah good, you might want to wake up your band mates for this news once I tell you, cause this is big, big news," he said, which then got me thinking. Could this be a recording deal? No way, that would never happen, "What is this news?" I questioned, looking at the beds behind me filled with my band mates who were sound asleep. "You are speaking to Rocky Road, the mayor of Rock studios, we would like to give you and your band a recording deal. We saw you on that television show, and were hoping to snag you up. That is, if you want the job," I nearly dropped the phone onto the ground, my maw was wide open with excitement, "Can you hold on a second, I need to wake up my band mates, sir..." I quickly bolted over to the beds with the phone, "Wake up guys, you need to wake up now!" I yelled, leaping across each bed. The members opened their eyes and groggily got up, "What is it?" they had asked, nearly falling asleep again. "Rocky Road mayor of Rock studios is on the phone, he wants to give us a record deal!" I was nearly jumping up and down, they widened their eyes and almost all at once ran to the nearest phone and tuned in the line. "My band mates are on the phone now, can you repeat what you said to me sir?" I asked him, and he did. He repeated the exact words he told me to my band mates, each of them not believing our luck. "So, if you want the deal, we can get song writing and recording around... next Tuesday, is that alright?" he questioned, we all looked at each other, and at once, each of my band mates and I said, "Yes!"

Now, that is the story of my rise to fame with my friends. Our band is still together, even though it has been years since this happened, and we are all living our dream. My father has called me once since then, telling me he doesn't want me home again because I disobeyed him. I have not seen my dad since I left home, and I regret not telling him I was sorry. But, I guess if I never disobeyed him, I would of never lived my dream. And though I have my regrets in life, I couldn't be happier.

Ryuu has a rather odd profession, working as a voice-over actor. He voices over certain things such as Movies and TV Shows in foreign languages, making them again in English.

Just another day with Luciano{Extra}:
Soft paw-steps could be heard down the small stone path, some creature deciding to run along it. A jellybean dragon appeared to be running across the screen, heavy paw-steps echoing behind it. Another JBD sat in front of the small television, curious red eyes trained on the glowing screen. The actor began to speak in another language, subtitles appearing at the bottom so people not of the language could vaguely make out the words. Grinning ear-to-ear, Ryuu clicked the space bar, pausing the Foreign movie. The male JBD picked up a slip of paper in his jaws, hopping down from his chair and pushing the door open with a fairly hard head-butt. That being said, it was a bad idea. Rather dazed, Ryuu padded - no - staggered down the hallway, paws brushing against the red carpet beneath his feet.

Finally shaking his daze, the JBD began to pass a few others of his kind whether they be male or female. He also passed a few humans - the ones who knew how to work most of the equipment. Ryuu eventually arrived in a room that appeared to be a recording studio. Still grinning like an idiot, the Canadian JBD set his gaze on a human which sat at the controls. Sitting down and waiting patiently, Ryuu watched the female JBD finish her own turn inside the studio. Soon enough, the female nudged open the door and disappeared down the hallway in a flurry of paw-steps. The human gestured for Ryuu to step into the box, and that's exactly what he did. 'This is my favorite part~' the Canadian JBD sung in his head, setting the slip of paper on a stand next to the microphone. The human behind the glass motioned for Ryuu to begin his first few sentences.

"Excuse Me! Could you please direct me to the nearest restaurant? Terribly sorry, but my tummy has been rumbling all day! Plus, I got a bit lost on the way in..." Ryuu began, pausing for a moment to let the human finish recording before he started again. "Oh, Thank Yo- I mean, Grazie!" the JBD chirped in a confident voice, eyes sparkling once again. This always was the best part of being a Voice-over actor, when you got to record your own voice and put it in some sort of movie. The recording went on for about an hour and a half more before Ryuu was off the hook for the day. Humming to himself, the Canadian Jellybean Dragon left the room and headed for the studio's entrance. Slipping on a red and white scarf that hung on a hook just by the door. "Bye everyone! Ciao!" Ryuu called to his fellow actors and the receptionist, receiving several responses.
