First off; A'm an Aries, born on April 2nd. Funny story: Mah maw pranked my da April 1st, saying that th' baby was comin' 'n' bein' really good at making it convincing. Da got her halfway tae th' ER before she laughed and told him "April Fools!". Needless tae say, it took a wee convincing th' next day tae get da tae believe her.
Let's see... A'm Bi, Ah don't really have a preference, Ah juist lik' them both.
A'm allergic tae pine trees... Ah found that out the hard way when we went on a camping trip 'n' we had to rush back home/ tae th' hospital because o' it. It also bums me out because Ah really want a real Christmas tree, bit o' course Ah have tae get a wee plastic one.
Ah live in a warehouse, bit Ah made it pretty spacious. No, A'm not squatting, Ah actually bought it. Ah've been slowly converting things tae be more 'homey', bit at least Ah have a lot of space tae put mah junk in. No really, ah have a huge storage room full o' mah plush 'n' sewing supplies. Ah even hae a walk-in closet, even though Ah don't own that much clothes.
So, mah family is the next thing Ah suppose. If ye couldn't tell by mah accent, A'm a wee sco'ish. My Maw and Da came over tae America 'n' I lost most mah accent. Bit I'll get tae that later. My da raised me on rock 'n roll and my maw taught me how tae fend for myself. That's where Ah got mah skills with sewing. Other than that, my da taught me th' bass guitar, which Ah don't play much anymore since mah band dreams faded back in mah teens. Though da always tried tae make it big. He'd be gone for weeks or months at times while he played wee venues. Me and maw just did stuff at home, like sewing or going tae th' movies. Ah find it pretty cool that mah maw taught me self defense. Ah was fully expecting da tae do it, bit hey, maws would know better, richt?
Huh, mah band dreams? Well, those were so long ago... Ah guess Ah could share you that wee part o' mah life. So, mah da taught me th' bass guitar th' best he could. Ah got better on mah own and Ah asked my friends, that Ah knew could play instruments, if they wanted tae do a band. O' course we did, and we practiced, though we never came up with a band name. Ah was going tae be the singer/ bassist. It was a fun time. Then we juist lost inspiration, like, we were singing aboot how a bird would catch a butterfly outside or how a neighbor would pass by. It was kinda sad. Bit th' real end was when we went in for an audition tae get a record deal. Ooch, that was th' worst! We played our best songs, he liked them, but he didn't. Ya know? He said our sound was too raw, probably couldn't fix it, 'n' our songs were pretty flimsy. Told us tae 'keep practicing 'n' try again'. We o' course, weren't much into it after that, so we disbanded. As much as Ah wish we would've gotten it 'n' hit it big, Ah kinda lik' this alternative. Besides, Ah strum on it still, bit it's juist a wee hobby now.
