His name would be Ryōmen {両面}, which means 'double sided' in Japanese. Of course, I chose Japanese, because I believe Dangan Ronpa is from Japan, and of course his name's meaning explains itself.
Nickname will most commonly be Ryo, and his full name is Ryōmen Monokuma.

Oh my god.

I'd name this dragon Omocha (おもちゃ), which is Japanese for a child's toy. I thought it would be a fitting name considering the character he's based off of, if a tad ironic. Ain't Monobear just the cuddliest teddy you've ever seen in your life?

Welcome to Monobean theater!
Weeeelll, this was about as many Dangan Ronpa references I could fit in a drawing without going crazy. You've got your justice hammer, message on the wall (it's paint, don't worry), evidence gun (presumably loaded with some of Naegi's evidence bullets) and quite a few more. How many can ya spot? I tried to base it off the art style used in the Monobear theater parts of the game, which is why it's kinda cardboard-cutout-y.
