OTL This was so hard to judge. Gah, so many amazing entries.
Because of the massive number of really great photos, I also took into account the quality of the tidbits, and the name. And then, I also had other staff members help judge. I still mulled over the top ones for a few days though - this was a very hard decision.

In the long run, I went along with the favorite among one of my helper judges, and it really does seem to be the best.
