Calpico
Named after the American retail name for a Japanese soft drink made of fermented sugar and milk, called Calpis Soda. I chose this name because her soft white colours reminded me of milk, and the pale browns of demerara sugar. I decided to use the American retail name over the Japanese one because 'Calpico' sounds like calico, a pale (generally off white) cotton fabric which matches her colours.
