For the scrapbook I hand-drew mine in an art book with some art of her and an alpaca (as she likes them) and just wrote a bit about her, have I done this right?

Sounds about right, doing it traditionally is perfectly fine, and actually quite impressive!
Hopefully it is formatted ta least a little like the above examples, and text should be limited to a sentence or two explaining each picture (If it needs it)

Or text-based notes that would be included in the scrapbook (ie, love letter or favorite poem)

You can add more text if you want, but that's not what I'm looking for.

With mine I have done 2 'sticky-taped' drawings of her as well as the alpaca and have written just a few favorites and just 2 things that had happened recently as well as a quote

Sorry I didn't say this earlier, but I've been on hiatus and am rarely online.

By scrapbook, I do not mean a diary/journal. I mean a scrapbook page, much like the ones I found on the internet, like so:

Also, please include at least one ART OF HER in the scrapbook!
Not just pictures you got on the internet. I would like to see more, but just one is enough. It's not quality of the art, just to show you are willing to put enough effort into it to attempt her design, and express her personality.

Of course, you may leave your completed forms as they are, but it will hurt your chances of winning if I see journals, or pages with only stock photos.
