Emerald will always seem sweet to people when they first meet her... But she reveals her true self very quickly. She is a fiery rascal, always getting into trouble. She loves to play practical jokes, but her favorite one will always be the rare "Head on a trophy board." Usually, she uses the dog door to do this, but I remember once she used the actual wall... I still don't know how Emerald did it, and I don't think I really want to... Anyway, she is the sort of bean that will never let her spirits dampen. If Emerald doesn't want to hear something, she will brush it off and ignore it. Fun-loving, pranksterish, and adorable, she will never let you down.

Emerald wears a beret. A teal-y blue beret. Why does she wear it? I honestly have no idea. I think it's to add to her pranksterness, but it doesn't. It just makes her look adorable.

A few weeks after Daisy was born, both her parents got into a car crash, and were killed. Her Grandmother, voulenteered to take care of her, since she was alone in the house most of the time, since Daisy's grandfather had passed. Daisy had grown up, always being the loner in the group. Never having a friend that stayed, her Grandmother was the only friend she had. Most of the time they spent together, was pondering the questions of the world. Two minds are better than one, and both of them thirsted for knowledge. Now, that was most of her childhood. We are going to skip to what turned her world upside- down, and gave her one of her most precious treasures.

The sky was bright, and only a few lone clouds rolled across the skyline, but Daisy couldn't see any of this. She was now at the age of 17, so almost an adult. Her birthday would come just about a week and a half over the date, of which she was at. Now, her grandmother wasn't doing very well. She had started having heart problems, and was very old, and had gone almost 17 years without her husband. She had just had a severe heart attack, and the doctors had told Daisy she didn't have much longer. "Grandma.. you can't leave me here.." Daisy sniffed, tears welling in her eyes. Grandmother had been through everything with her. Driving, heartbreak, even a nasty snake bite Daisy had gotten, from a garden snake. Her grandmother just smiled up at her, tears welling in her own eyes. "Please- is there anything that can save her? Anything!" Daisy pleaded, looking at the nurse. The nurse just bit her lip, and nodded. "Well, yes. It is very expensive though, and there isn't a high chance it will work.." The nurse said, looking uncomfortable. She handed Daisy a slip of paper, containing the information and price. "57% chance of survival... That's more than half.." Daisy said, but paled when looking at the price. It was costly, and even though Daisy worked a half- time job, they didn't have much. It would take most of her money, but she'd do anything to save the only person who truly loved her. "W-we'll do it." She said, looking back at the nurse who just nodded. "Daisy.." Her grandmother coughed "You can't. If I don't survive.. you'll be left fending for yourself, and without much money.." Her voice trailed off. "But Grams.. your the only one-" Her voice cracked, and she started sobbing. Her grandmother gave her a grim frown, and signed the paper. All it needed was her signature to do the operation. She walked to a small phone that hung on the wall, and dialed the number for the lobby. "Y-yes. We did sign the paper. Yes, we'll need another room for the night." She said into the phone, then turned back to the room. She walked over and hugged her grandmother, in a tight squeeze. "You'll be okay." She said, mostly trying to convince herself. Giving her grandmother one last teary smile, she walked out of the room, and into the lobby to find the room she would be staying in for the night.
After the surgery, everything seemed to turn up for Daisy. Yet, a few days after the operation, her grandmother had another heart attack, which couldn't be reversed. After saying a final goodbye, then went home. At the home, she saw a birthday present, addressed to her. 'My Daisy Duke,' It began. 'I know my life may not be much longer, and by the time you read this I shall have passed. I want you to know, I love you. This was your grandfathers, and it was the last thing he gave to ne before he died. Now, I give it to you. Just remember, whether earth or the heavens separate us, I've always loved you. -Grandmother.' Inside was a watch, copper on the edges. The part that wrapped around your wrist was a dark leather, and the clasp was iron. The rest of the clock was the same iron, except for the ticking hands. They were a light silver, even more beautiful than the watch itself. They curved ever so slightly, to point to the correct time. The watch gave a soft 'ding' every day, at noon. The final gift, from her family, was one of Daisy's greatest treasures.

a cool name. No need to remind me! Homer
is an original dog name, for males. I do
think it fits me quite nicely, don't you?

•Ok dude, listen. I'm a total male. Its
not like I look like a girl… Do I? I simply
cannot look like a female. I have this
whole… masculine look though! Shame
on you if you thought I was a female.

Personality;;
• Homer is very thoughtful of what
he says or does. In fact, he is a
very kind and sweet JBD if you get
to know hin. Many don't understand
him, so he doesn't have much friends
but when he goes outside, he feels
the fedora on his head and remembers.
He never forgets. Ever since his
father's death, he knew he shouldn't
forget anything because it could be
important. When he is outside,
he speaks his father's name out
to the wind and feels the wind reply
with it's song blowing in his ear.

I guess you could call him independent.
I mean, he doesn't really want that one
JBD clinging to him all the time. He
likes to be free, and thats what makes
him who he is. Homer is a unique
one, too. He likes to sit there and
be bored, rather than to run around
and get into trouble. Homer loves
skipping stones or finding fossils
by the river, as it interests him.

Accessory
•I wear a fedora. I guess I should tell
you why? Well, I was really little when
my dad passed away. My mom was
never proud of me, and after we lost
him, she was really depressed. One
day, we went out in the rain to bury
his old fedora he loved with all his
heart. It was buried by a red rose
bush. Back then, I was really tiny. I
tried to help my mom bury the hat,
but she got mad at me and she
tossed me aside. I was a little hurt
in my back leg, but mainly in my
heart. I had never expected a mother
to be so cruel, especially my own.

So one day I headed down the the
rose bush and found where my
father's hat was buried. When I
dug it up, I placed it on my head
in pride. I was too small, still. The
hat hung over my face. But I loved
it because it had the stale smell
of my lost one. So I trotted home
with the hat on my head. My mom
was so… surprised. She came over
to me and took a paw, lifting
the hat up to look at my eyes.
When I saw her's, they were warm
and loving. She licked me and
told me she loved me, and that
I was just like my father. Never
had I felt so good.

What a queer name for a young lad as he. Elegant? Ragamuffin? Most immediately linked it to the brand, unfortunately. His father, apparently, had other intentions. "A racing horse, one of the finest ever to grace the front." He would be told, affectionately, by the fellow. "Good, old Abercrombie." Understandably, the young bean's mother was never fond of the fact her son was named after a horse; a racing one at that. Abercrombie himself, isn't loathful about the name's length. He'd rather something long and strange, than something short and commonplace.
Crombie, Dally-boy, Crumb; the list goes on and on. Abercrombie's nicknames are past plentiful, being anything and everything. Typically, he prefers Crumb, but over the years has gotten ones of varying length and creativity. Kasp, Dally-boy - daft things like that. However, if you've just come across him, Abercrombie will do just fine.

Like many children, Abercrombie's middle name was his mother's favoured choice. Kasper. One of the three wise men in the nativity, this funny name. It was awfully confusing in his younger years, hearing his mother call him Kasper and his father call him the latter; almost like being two people at once. She decided bluntly that her only son would have a little German heritage in his name, and Kasper was a family favourite. Privately, Abercrombie was glad his father chose his first name.

And Dale? Well, simply a surname. Not much else to it.

Clearly, the chap is male, but it might've been his physique that confused you. In all his nineteen years, one thing that Abercrombie's always been sure about is that he's male. Though he'd picture himself to be a rather wonderful bean either way.

loyal - rash - possessive - social
As trustworthy goes, you're unlikely to find better than Crumb. Despite his usual content charm, he finds it incredibly difficult not to help a friend or family member in distress. He is quick to jump to someone's defense, even if the chances are that they're wrong. His loyalty can be difficult to come by as he tends to judge another's character upon her first impressions of them, deciding whether or not they could be considered a friend. However, once gained, you're stuck with the fellow. He often gives multiple chances to someone he considered a friend at one point in time and avoids jumping to conclusions. This sometimes can come back to bite him though, as it isn't uncommon for him to end up continuing to trust someone even when it's obvious they do not have her best intentions at heart. He strongly believes in karma and that no good deed will go unpaid.
On the flip side, Abercrombie judges an awful lot on first impressions; how the bean spoke to their friends, fiddling with things, stained clothing - it's guaranteed he'll notice, and treat you accordingly. He can be blank and indifferent to those she dislikes, but his nature prevents her from being outright rude. He does his best to ignore them and usually resorts to childishly avoiding them if they happen to be within his vicinity. He dislikes outright confrontation with them being as impulsive as he is, but when push comes to shove, he'll stand to them, especially if it concerns defending the honor of a friend. Like many, Abercrombie finds it substantially easier to stand up for another rather than himself.

Although he tends to picture himself as a "thinker", Abercrombie is remarkably rash, and for this reason, he tends to skimp out of difficult decisions or heavy responsibility. He'll anxiously play through the scenarios of both outcomes, fiddling with tiny details; or the easier option of passing the choice to someone else. However, more often than not, there's no one else able and he has no choice but to come to his own conclusion. With notable indecisiveness, it'd make him irritable and pressurised, resulting in a quick decision in the end, throwing all caution out the window. He knows being impulsive like this is a recipe for disaster, but would rather just get the whole deciding process over and done with.
On this note, you'll have vaguely picked up that he has the tendency to over-think situations; blowing them out of proportion to put it another way. More often than Abercrombie would like, he'll come up with multiple solutions instead of one sturdy answer. Of course, this doesn't do his indecisiveness any good. He'll occasionally lose himself in thought, daydreams even, but tries to keep himself grounded in the middle of a conversation. This does little good, but it'd be worth it to note the effort. The chap finds it tricky to keep himself from picturing what happened earlier, or running through what might happen tomorrow; whether it be good or bad.

Unfortunately, at his worst, Abercrombie can be dreadfully selfish; or possessive to put it in a nicer way. As a child, he'd always be paranoid about his belongings getting broken and would go to great extremes to keep them away from anyone else. Obviously, this was labeled as antisocial and discouraged fairly early on. As an older bean, this tends to show up in a visible reluctance to lend things or give things away; heck, he still has a lot of his childhood toys. In a way, this is coupled with his loyalty, but the flip-side of it.

Despite all his flaws, Crumb is an incredibly social bean. Not even the least bit introverted, or of the loner sort, he's the kind who'd suffer dramatically from isolation. Honestly, he can't go a day without talking to people.
He feels something akin to accomplishment with every new acquaintance, and'll seek to grow close to those he even mildly likes. This, like his possessive traits, could be classed in the same group as loyal.
When isolated, Abercrombie's mild temperature drops quite substantially and his worst traits are amplified; eg, selfishness, pride and a touch of destructive stress. He'll break things, usually. His parents blamed it on his strangely dark pelt, and were quietly glad it wasn't a permanent temperament.

The fabric around his neck? That'd be Abercrombie's neckerchief; or bandanna, whatever you might call it. For the reason behind this washed-out, orange bandanna, you'll have to twist the clock back to his younger years. Four years old, the size of a lanky cat and growing quickly with glittering green eyes. It so happened that this day was his birthday. His fourth one, to be exact, and his parents' had strung up decorations, bunting and various sweet treats; because today, was his first day as a proper child, and with that came a bunch of expectations. Don't eat anything yet, don't wander off, don't mess with the decorations; the young bean's mother had informed him affectionately. Of course, youthful Crumb wouldn't listen to anything but how free he felt. How the ground felt underneath soft paws, and the smells; oh the places he could see without his mother watching! As soon as she was called off due to some difficulties with fruit arranging, he was off to do precisely what which she had told him against. The party decorations, catnip to a child's wondering mind. Needless to say, when his mother returned, she returned to find sticky footprints covering virtually everything, and Abercrombie in the crumpled mess of nibbled fruit and pulled down bunting. The cotton, orange bunting draped around his back before curling lopsidedly around his tail; almost like a tent.
"Oh, look at you." The older bean clucked distastefully at the way the fruits' sugar made his fur stick, as if he'd been painted with glue. It would take ages to wash out. But, as she gently unwrapped and brushed the worst of the mess off him; Abercrombie refused to let go of the bunting; clamping it firmly between his teeth. Of course, it was not really a quarrel she felt like having, so she simply trimmed the piece in his mouth apart from the rest of the garland to hang it back up; resulting in what would become his much beloved bandanna. Why Crumb decided to latch onto the fabric? He can't really remember; apart from the fact that it'd smelt quite strange, that new fabric smell probably.
Since then, the stiff, factory cotton has grown softer with age; carrying slight frays at the very ends from when he used to chew them. Funnily enough, it started out as being quite a random little thing he used to drag around, but nowadays wears as if it were a talisman. When he was younger, it was more of a treasured plaything, rather than an accessory. He'd used it as a cowboy scarf - wrapping it around his muzzle to muffle his voice, a blanket for toys even. Abercrombie is extremely protective of his childhood treasure, and would even go so far as to say it's his most precious belonging. He rarely removes it, but has been known to wear it in different styles. It isn't at all a family heirloom, or has any monetary value ( being a single piece from a strip of bunting ); but it's more of a sentimental thing.

Frasier has always seemed to be a rather helpful bean. As a young bean, Frasier would always do as he was told and was very loyal to his parents. If there was something that needed to be done, you could be sure that Frasier would do it. Today, Frasier is still as helpful as he was back then. He’s been nicknamed by his friends the “Helpful bean” because of his willingness to work with others to solve a wide range of problems, from finding car keys to rescuing a kid from the snow. He is also known for his patience level. He often is asked to do the jobs that seem too tedious for his friends, but Frasier just can’t say no. He can’t help it. It’s just in his nature to help others.

Although he often denies the claim, many say that he’s very humble indeed. To Frasier, the tasks he does for others is really no big deal. When people try to give him a lot of credit for his work and helping out, he simply won’t accept it. It’s just his own way of giving back to the community for what they’ve done for him. And he certainly helps other a lot. People wonder how he’s able to help out/fix so many things, and reason behind it is that he is a very smart boy. If there were ever something Frasier wanted to do, he would do it. The same went for learning. He was, and still is, interested in a wide variety of topics, and can most often be found either curled up with a book, or outside, tinkering with something. He loves knowing so much, because it allows him to be able to teach others the things that they want to know.

If there’s one item that Frasier wears the most, it would be his first-aid cross tail charm. It had been a gift for him, given by his friends. They believe that it perfectly reflects his personality as the helping/”rescue” bean he is. As for Frasier, he just loves it’s uniqueness and how it shows that his friends really do care about him. Every time he looks at it, it brings him fond memories, of which he enjoys thoroughly.
