Name: Ahrah
Meaning 'Sly beast' in Elven. 'Sly' reffering to his 'trickster' personality. [Bonus points!]
Age: 5 years
Story:
Ahrah had recently been very upset with his best female-friend, Arianna. She had been hanging around this Bayou Kelpie Westley far too much, in his own opinion. He obviously like the fae yet she showed absolutely no interest in him and instead went after that hopeless romantic Westley. He didn't understand it all all. Wasn't he the better choice of the two? After all, he was far more handsome and 'strong' for say. Ugh. Westley disgusted him. Sure, all the females just ADORED those dapples and extra-sharp horns. Westley was just a threat to him and his future mate. At least, in Ahrah's eyes. Somehow, someway, he had to get into Westley's head the fight for Arianna wasn't over yet. He wouldn't just give up the beautiful Dunalino mare. She was too special, too beautiful. He had to find some sort of prank... A trick. Yes, a trick would do well. Maybe getting him all dirty with mud would do the trick. After all, he'd heard the wussie was scared of the swamp. Ha. That was where they lived! He rolled his eyes mercilessly and started plotting revenge.
----------
The next day Ahrah had everything in order. He'd found out Arianna and Westley were supposed to meet by the swamp in an hour or so, but he had heard it was right near the muddiest part. He'd set up a large boobie-trap, he knew that Westley would be a gentlemen and get there first, to 'wow' Arianna some more, if she wasn't already in love with him. He let out a terrified snort. Flipping his mane, he walked slowly out to the stake-out, where he would await Westley's appearance.
----------
Westley came approaching, beautiful dapples and all. He looked almost spotless, not a speck of dirt to be seen on him. He laughed menacingly. Arianna was close behind him, he'd heard her big feet trampling throughout the forest the whole way here, he didn't know how Westley couldn't hear her. He shook his head quietly and focused at the task on hand. Just as he expected, the pretty boy walked right through the driest area of the beginning of the swamp, right into the book trap. Mud came swinging down from all angles, splattering his dark coat with thick mats of mud. Ahrah quickly held back horribly loud giggles. He watched haughtily as the stag tried to clear the mud off in disgust. Disdainfully, Westley searched for the horse that had been responsible, yet to no avail. Ahrah was carefully hidden behind all of the underbrush. Arianna quickly approached after she'd heard the disgruntled gasps. She found Westley in a barrage of mud, and she started giggling. "You look good, even in mud." A big smile lit upon her face and his and I choked back a half sob/groan as they walked slowly into the distance.
