Badger thinks Ender makes a lot of silly and dangerous mistakes at time. The guardian's careless nature has him always on edge watching out for her. He has a small dislike for Ender and her knack of getting into tight situations, but cares very deeply for her anyway. He is constantly 'badgering' (nagging (hence the name)) her about her bad manner. One could say she slightly disgusts him. He is still rather fond of Ender, and finds her rather odd but kind hearted.
