BEAUTIFUL!
Name:
Poppy.
I don't know why, but I somehow liked it for her. I really, really like her. Love her. She's so amazing!
Owner:
Friesian Forever
Story:
(I didn't want to use to much of your Oxirie, well, because she's yours. xD)
Afternoon sunlight shimmered on the tall savannah grass. A herd of Oxiries lazily grazed. Amid the Oxiries, a doe was having a baby. Another Oxirie,a mother, looked on as her baby danced around her. She gave gentle nudges and encouraged the doe. The sky turned gray with a storm."Dangerous.."The mother Oxirie siad as she herded her baby protectively close to her. But she didn't leave her friend despite the storm. Soon, a baby Oxirie came into the world, its pelt the color of tree bark, its eyes bright and green. The baby struggled little as it tried to stand. The baby's tail flicked and her pink muzzle snuffled. "What will you name this gorgeous little baby?" The mother Oxirie asked. "Poppy." The doe said. The little baby was already bouncing. It was amazing for a creature that young to already be bouncing around and full of energy. Poppy blinked at all of the Oxiries around her. So many coat patterns, and big horns poking from the grass. Do mine look like that? Poppy thought. She looked at her mother's horns. They looked just like the rest of the Oxiries around Poppy.Poppy blinked at her mother. She was a very pretty doe. A golden buck approached. "Your baby has been born, you have a daughter." The mother Oxirie said to the buck. My father,he must be. Poppy stared at her father. "Wonderful Talanti." Poppy's father said to his daughter's mother. "I've named her Poppy." Talanti said. Lighting crackled. "We better find shelter." Poppy's father said. The rest of the herd was taking cover in a safe spot. The lighting didn't frighten Poppy. She was brave. She puffed her chest out. "Poppy,I'm your father Liroy. You look just like Talanti.. Think you can walk with me and Talanti to a safe place?" "Yes." Poppy spoke her fist words to her father firmly. A butterfly landed on Poppy's muzzle. Just as quickly as the storm had come on it faded. The sun came back. "I think you stopped the storm Poppy." Talanti said. It was a joke, but Poppy thought she really did. And maybe she did. She looked out over the golden haze of the savannah. She had no idea how important it would be in her life.

Name: Jamilia ("Beautiful" in Arabic)
Owner: SerenWish
Story:
The wet season was upon the herds of Oxiries that called the wide open scrubby Savannah their home, and every day the heavens seemed to open up and weep, saturating the earth below to make it through another dry season to come. Their horns scraped the sky as they moved forward with rocking gaits, before halting to graze at the tall grasses and brush. But one Oxirie was missing from the herd under Liroy's control. The tall dust-colored male snorted quietly, raising his head hurriedly, glancing about in surprise. Where was his striking doe, the striped Tilanti? He blew quietly, stepping away from the other does, bucks, and young, trekking through the scrub and tall foliage.
His ears were perked forward, tail swishing as he moved along, drinking in the scent of his treasured doe. She was heavy with kid, and she should not be left alone for too long- what if she grew too tired and tried to doze off, and was attacked in her rest? A few cloven hoofprints led his way as he pushed his way through the grasses, forcing his way through the scrub trees. His dust-colored face peered about, his amber eyes aglow. A bit of shadow was visible through the trees, and he hurriedly moved after the glimpse of hide.
The doe was on her side, breathing heavily as she rested after her long ordeal, the ground around her soft from the near-constant rainfall. The earlier drizzles had kept her from overheating during her long labor, and made her coat shimmer like silk. The sand-colored buck approached slowly, touching his nose gently to her cheek as he blew out a sweet grass-scented breath. Her sides were not as round as before- but where was the calf?
Tilanti groaned softly, shutting her emerald eyes as she lifted her nose to touch her muzzle to her mate's. She rocked up from her side, her legs now underneath her. She rocked her head to and fro, staring around for their shared offspring. She let out a worried little snort, ears pricking forward upon no sight of any calf. She hurriedly tried to get up to her hooves, and Liroy hurriedly set his muzzle against her neck, gently guiding her back down.
The buck turned, looking back and forth- she had been gone for a few hours, but surely the calf couldn't have gone far. And Tilanti would have sensed a predator, surely.... Liroy moved off into the brush, poking around, suddenly finding his muzzle touching striped hide. The little haunches of the calf trembled, as she turned her little dished face around to blink her large green eyes, much like her mother. Liroy sighed with relief- it seemed that the little calf hadn't gone far once getting the hang of her legs. He gently nosed his new little doe back towards mommy, quietly blowing on her back. He'd never seen any of the calves in his herd stand up that fast and trek off on their own. Perhaps he'd have to keep a closer eye on her. She might wander off again- and her didn't want anything to happen to his new little joy.

(XD I meant for this to be more natural, so no talking! I love this little lady....she's gorgeous!)

Name:Lilaray- gentle mixture of the parents name
Age:1
Gender:doe
Story: Tilanti heaved a sigh. Her breathing was heavy, labored, her limbs weary. She kne wit was to be soon. She knew it was only a matter of time before their bouncing ,prancing offspring would be among them. Her knees folded under her striped bodice, her swollen abdomen tightening. None of this felt glorious, and tilanti had been dreading th epain. But it would all be worth it soon. Some odd hours later, a soft bleat greeted her weary audits. Sweat lined her coat, and exhaustion racked her limbs. But here was there offspring, now struggling to stand. Ribbon went to work, cleaning her infant. Oh, Liroy would be so pleased! their little Lilaray, bleating and pawing for play, seeking attention would no doubt win over the hearts of many, if not many , certainly Liroy. She had already won Tilanti's. Slowly they moved closer to their herd, closer to Liroy. And little Lilaray showed no signs of fear;instead she went bounding into the fray, inviting other young ones into play, meeting and greeting everythign that held breath it seemed. She took the world as it came to her, and judged none, accepted all. she was indeed somethign to be proud of.

eh. not my best, but here ya go.

Name:
Her name shall be Kaavya, and I shall love her <3
Owner:
Well I'm hoping that I'll be her owner :D
Story or art:
Kaavya lifted her head, seeing the shinning eyes of her mother's looking into hers, and she gave off a smile, struggling up, but just to fall back down. Her mother nudged her belly, and Kaavya shot up, standing! Her mother smiled proudly, taking a step, beckoning for her daughter to follow, and Kaavya lifted her hoof, wearily placing it in front of her, and repeated with the other three, finally standing next to her mother. "Good job," Tilanti replied, a smile brought about her. Kaavya bleated happily, feeling prideful from her mother's praise. She trotted around in circles, throwing her head into the air, a huge smile on her face. If everyday can be like this, Kaavya's thoughts began, It will be perfect!
You're really cool and I want you to smile because it looks amazing on you.

Name: Bahija -- Arabic for joyous, beautiful.
Owner: Ɩ <3 ƤɛωƉιɛƤιɛ
Story or art:

Thunder clapped, and lightning struck across the sky, lighting up the darkened mass of night. All had been eerie before the dam had laid down in labor of her child. The wind howled, ripping at anything loose in it's path. The cavern was cold, and the constant sound of dripping water rung in the fae's ears. She simply twitched them, concentrating on the child that would be born any minute. Of course it would beat her luck to give birth to a child in the midst of February, when the rain was returning and grass was barely starting to sprout.
    ---
The mare grunted softly. Beside her lay a gorgeous doe, her intricate swirls and stripes forming all sorts shapes. The fae was happy, and whispered, "Bahija."
I'm quitting CS. I love you all, and will miss you. PM me now, while you have the chance.
