Hmm...
I'm not very good at answering these types of questions as I don't spend time really thinking why I deserve something,
But since this is a required question I will try to tell you some of my reasons.
Well, I feel I would take great care of this girl, I love to draw so you will see her lots in my gallery. c:
I Will stay active with her, as I love JellyBean Dragons too much to ever fall away from them, And I have become much more active on the JBD Fanclub.

Well, the first thing I would do If i found out she was mine, I would freak out, but that's not really a plan xD
The first thing I would do,
Would probably be to immediately go on the JBDFanclub so she can introduce herself to the other dragons and talk to them for a bit.
And think Of a small accessory that would bring out her sweet personality, but forever after that, my plans are to go on the fanclub every day so she can interact with the other dragons, and to draw her lots and lots on chickensmoothie, and in my sketchbooks.

Why do you deserve this?:
I've been around JBD's since the 100th. I do love the species very much, and I strive to give my JBD's a loved home. I own Ducky, and Sharkie, and both I love dearly. They have their own thread, and I try to get as much art as possible. I am a member of the JBD Fanclub, corgi&dj, even though I do not go on as often as I'd like. I do draw my JBD's behind the scenes, and I love in my free time to try and develop them as much as possible. Jane would be cared for dearly, and I have so many ideas as far as personality and other development goes.
I try and catch up with JBDs daily, checking the thread for announcements and things like that. I also hop on the Fanclub when I can, even if I don't post. I'm kind of shy, haha.
Either way, Jane will be adored, and I will love her as much as I love Ducky and Sharkie. <3

Your plans?:
I would really love to be active with JBDs, starting with Jane. I would love to start and develop her personality, because they're are many ideas I have. She'll really love flowers. I'd also love to join more roleplays with Jellybean Dragons, which I'd use Jane. She'll also help me when drawing, because her beautiful design will help me get better at coloring specific characters that I may have trouble with now. Jane, hopefully, will also get lots of art when I have the pets, and I'll probably put her in my signature more often or not. I'll probably get a group picture of all of them done. <3
I can assure you, if I were to own Jane, I will never forget this beauty. She's really pretty, and she'll get her own spot on my Jellybean Dragon thread. I'll also ask around for some friends for her, and maybe, a crush. But that's a little too far ahead, haha.
I'd really also like to start developing relationships between my dragons, especially with her. Like, Ducky doesn't get along with Sharkie, and Sharkie avoids him at all costs. Jane would probably be the neutral dragon between the two, and probably stop all the little bickers they have.

Why do you deserve this?: well, I'm not sure. I think she is really gorgeous though. I love her design and it seems challenging but not impossible for me to do. I am always active, and I smuggled my signature with art of my other JBD. I will adore her every second of the day, like I always do with Holly. I will think about her 24/7, No doubt! I've tried very hard for a lot of JBD's, and so far it has worked off, but that doesn't mean I can't stop there! I am a member of the fan club and I am pretty active on there as well. I've joined in a lot of JBD related (Rps, SS). I would draw so much of her, roleplay her a lot, and make sure Holly and her are great friends. I'd love her to death and make sure she's more than content. I would be like a mother. So so so protective!
Your plans?: First, i would spam my first 2 pages of my oekaki to make sure she's not forgotten. Then I would go on the fan club chat and scream and shout and dance around. I would make her info very deep in description, and I would roleplay to make sure she is not lonely and has some friends to talk to. I'd have to think hard on her accessories seeming how she would be my special little lady. She can't just go for anything ordinary. Get art of her and holly and make it the background of my phone /noiswearimnormal! Edit: also I would have a shrine in my bedroom.
Edit2: I have a green toxic and I would pay the best art of her.

Well, i cant say i deserve her over anyone else who tries for her, when I first saw her I felt like I clicked with her. I looked at her sweet mischievous eyes and immediately thought of "Iris" for her name. I'd surely obsess over her and shed basically take over my account if I won her. I'd be very active with her, role playing her, art, stories, etc. She is a simply beautiful bean that I want to have a great home <3 whoever wins should feel extremely proud and very happy.

She would be my first bean and I would love her and protect her 24-7. She's just so lovely!

Why do you deserve this?:
Well, I don't like begging, but I do believe that I deserve this bean, as I always put 100% of my effort into any forms that I post but despite this, have still been bested time and time again while applying for JBD's that have captured my heart in the past. I have yet to win the heart of a judge or a bean with my forms, I suppose that they just weren't the beans for me! I only ask you to consider my form because I treat the characters that I have won well, and spend time drawing them when I get the chance, even though I don't always post my fan art on CS. I have loved JBD's since I first discovered them for myself. She would be well loved, and cared for if I did win this girl! I only ever post forms for JBD's that I really love, I don't just post them "willy nilly" blindly hoping to win ANY JBD that comes along! No, instead I only post forms for those I would hold dear to my heart, like this strong girl. Thank you for the opportunity to apply for her!

Your plans?:
First and foremost I would draw her a nice silver necklace pocketwatch! (Whoa, that was quite the mouthful!) She deserves some nice things - I imagin her having a few earrings as well.... maybe a scarf as well? Her pelt reminds me of a forest with big shadowy trees at night, so perhaps her scarf or necklace would have an abstract tree drawn on it!

Secondly, she would be proudly displayed in my siggy, showed off in a character page, on the official JBD fanclub off of CS, EVERYWHERE! I'm already a member of the FanClub, but I'm not very active on it because I'm not sure what to talk about on there... other than ranting about how awesome JBD's are of course, but everyone already knows that! :3

Thirdly, I have been in a story writing mood lately, and can already think of an RP to create for her (and with others maybe). I have so many ideas that popped into my mind as soon as I laid eyes on her! She looks so incredibly mysterious and exotic to me. I would also love to draw her in a forest at night watching a metor shower or watching an aura borealis (she reminded me of one, and so decided that her name should be something like the beautiful phenonema)!
