Uh, you know how I said 'one last question', earlier...actually I've come upon yet another one. I swear THIS will really be my last question. xD
Are small animation effects in the picture allowed? Nothing big, I mean animation like an eye twinkling, light shining, things like that? I'm just asking cause I had an idea for a small animation (not sure if it'll work out, would be my first one ever) and I wanted to make sure it's allowed, cause some people might consider pictures and animations different things and you said picture. :3

If you want to add a note/small explication about your art you can add it below your picture, but if you want to write a whole backstory for it, please, don't add it in your form, because this is not a story contest. You can do this in the page of your art, though.

And yes, any kind of art is allowed.
