It means "stay and don't go back" in Inuit.

Although it may seem strange, Kaya constantly catches bugs and keeps them as pets in containers. She isn't aware of their need for sustenance, and is deeply upset when they die. She still catches many different bugs, but since she can’t seem to figure out why they keep dying, she enjoys making ice sculptures of them as a memory. She likes to decorate the outside with these sculptures when it’s cold enough to keep them from melting. Although it’s usually not very warm where she lives, she has a freezer to put the sculptures in if it’s too warm to keep them outside. She gets quite upset when the ice sculptures melt, almost as upset as she does when her actual bugs die!

She likes to wear a sort of Christmas cape, and it's red with white fluff lining it.
It looks similar to the cape in this picture.
