I remember it well when I met my young Hecate, come stay to hear my Halloween tale.
It was a dark hallows eve, I was out collecting ingredients for a mixture I was working on. The village called me the Town Witch and came to me if they needed a cure or for other things. I picked some wild berries, the last thing I needed for the 'potion'. I returned home and started brewing in my brass cauldron. I carefully added in each ingredient, and stirred it slowly. I soon finished my potion and labeled it. I took inventory of my ingredients that I had in my storage area and started to stock up. I grabbed my cloak and rushed outside. I came back an hour or or 2 when I was done collecting from the forest.
I was in the middle of chopping a root when I heard a 'thump thump' on the door. I slowly opened the wooden door and sitting on my welcome mat was a basket with a little purple blanket covering the opening. I looked around to see who left it. I also searched on the outer basket for a note or something. I couldn't find anything but I still took the basket in.
I set the basket on the table and carefully lifted up the blanket. I saw a little creature of emerald green with orange eyes staring right into mine. The little creature has dark green knife markings on her back and tail. I thought she looked very cute! I took her out of the basket and fed her some berries. It seemed like she was satisfied because she was looking around my home. I picked her up and dressed her in a black dress with a purple band around the waist. I also gave her a matching hat to go with her outfit. She explored around and found a branch, it seemed like a wand so I have her one. I didn't have a name for the little one yet so I decided to name her Hecate after the Greek goddess of magic.
From that day I earned some company and a new witch friend.
Who needs a cat? When you got a Simbgwenya?
This Witch Simbgwenya has no story how she were found. That is your part (;
