Why that name? Oh, let us see here... Well, there's this anime that I watch called Bleach, and one of the main characters is a girl named Rukia. Rukia is obsessed with this franchise-thing of rabbits called Chappy. And I thought, this DBH looks so pretty and alive and so, so hyper that it reminded me of Rukia. But this DBH doesn't look like it should be named Rukia, it should be named after her, like Chappy!
