Soft-spoken, witty, and kind. Serenity never raises her voice and speaks in a calm, subdued manner, but her bright, sapphire eyes can betray her excitement. She is very smart, and enjoys teaching others about the wonders of the ocean. She enjoys resting near tidepools, observing the unusual and beautiful marine creatures and crustaceans that swim lazily through the coral. Her favorite marine creature is the seahorse, as it's elegant, unique, and serene. She considers the ocean to be the closest thing to a friend she has, and is rarely seen away from it. She also has a good friend named Lotus. (owned by Chasing Dreams)
Serenity was born and raised near the sea, living in a den with her mother, her father having abandoned them early in her life. Nothing spectacular happening during her child years, however she has amassed a fairly large collection of beautiful shells that she enjoys painting in her spare time. While walking on the beach one breezy day, she found a baby seagull tangled up in a net. She quickly ran over and set to work untangling it. It always upset her, to see such harmful objects in her ocean, disrupting its beauty and harming its inhabitants. After she freed the young chick, she carried it with her in her basket she brings for collecting shells and went to look for its parents, but at the end of the day, they were nowhere to be found. She took the shivering chick back to her den and cared for it there. Over time, the weak, traumatized chick grew into a strong, healthy, adult seagull. Since he was too young to have a name, as seagulls are only named once they have completed their first flight, as he grew she decided to name him Helios. Serenity and Helios soon became inseperable, and he would often fly ahead of her to help her find shells. She recently met a Kiamara named Lotus, and they because fast friends and often visit tidepools together.
I have never owned a Kiamara before, nor have I ever adopted a character. None of them really caught my interest. However, this Kia is just so beautiful, and elegant, and reminds me of my old fursona, Stardust. I would be honored to own such a lovely Kia. :3

I used one of my older drawings as a base for this, because I liked the background so much. x3 It's a perfect dusk setting for Serenity.
