I chose Anna Sun to be Fig's theme song, because I believe it demonstrates who he is, and what he likes to do. Which of coarse is having fun and doing wild things. Although, he does like to be a little more responsible than the song let's on.
Brief Personality:
Fig is a fun loving jellybean dragon, to say the least. He's always looking for a good time, and makes it his duty to make times even better. He has a carefree attitude, that can often be looked upon as ignorance, but he is far from ignorant. Fig is perfectly competent, when he wants to be, even though that may not be often. Instead, he loves to let loose and play around. Many times, Fig displays reckless behavior. However, he's always careful to be considerate to those his actions may affect.
Fig is also extremely inventive. He loves to build things out of odds and ends, even if what he creates just turns out to be an abstract sculpture of a strange assortment of things. Fig especially loves to build simple machines- without engines or any electronics, of course, because he's no good with that sort of thing. He likes to think of different ways to do things, and have fun with them. Fig is fun-loving, care-free, reckless, considerate, imaginitive, and a lot of other things, but it says to be brief, so voila! I might add, however, that Fig tries to be all tough and cool, but secretly (or not so secretly) he has a soft, marshmallowy side to him as well.

Name:
I chose the name Lupine, a beautiful purple flowering plant. The plant is actually pronounced "loo-pin", but it sounds like the character from Harry Potter, and so I would prefer it to be pronounced "Loo-pine". It is the way I originally thought it was pronounced, and I like it. In German, it literally means "wolf bean," and the bean part fits but not so much the wolf! Female. At first, I actually thought male, but as I looked deeper into the design and the character that popped into my head, I definitely think a female suits her better.

Theme Song:
Home by Phillip Phillips: I chose this song because I imagine her as being more of a country girl, but not a cowgirl, living in a small town where everyone are friends and support each other through any hardship that may happen. That is also what the song strikes me as being about, and how welcoming and hospitable they are. It is a very inspirational song, and it says that no matter where you are, home is where the heart is.

Brief Personality:
Lupine is a country girl. She is kind-hearted and is easy to make friends with, although she can be a little clingy from time to time. Whenever she leaves to go and visit someone, or on a vacation, Lupine gets homesick easily. She also gives her whole heart to anyone she loves. She is quite superstitious, and is sure not to break her poor momma's back by stepping on any sidewalk cracks. Many would describe this JBD as hard-working and obedient, and yet does not follow the herd and likes to live her own way. This little flower does have the teeniest southern accent, but it is cute and adds to her charm. It comes out more if she is frustrated or angry. Lupine is quite the romantic, and would love to have a mate and put their picture in her locket. She won't rush into it, though, and will definitely make sure that the bean is the right one for her. She is very connected with nature, and loves animals. One of her favorite things is botany, and when she goes on walks she observes the different types of plants, sometimes making sketches in her sketchbook if there is a unique one that she likes. This gal is actually quite good at playing the piano, although she is modest and insists that she is not that great. She does not like to play in front of others, but if you are nearby and she does not see you, then you can catch a beautiful melody woven by her paws and the keys.

Accessories:
Lupine always wears purple flowers, maybe behind her ear, woven into her tail tuft or as a bracelet or necklace. She also wears a silver heart-shaped locket that her mom gave her long ago as a birthday gift, but in the winter it is replaced by a flowery scarf.

Brief Personality

[ t i m i d ]
- Osmin is a peculiarly muted sort of bean, very calm and withdrawn, hardly one to speak up even when prompted. It isn’t really known whether he was always such a downer or if perhaps something happened to him during his younger days that might have dimmed his enthusiasm toward most things - chances are he’s just naturally somewhat morose. He doesn’t talk much, but when he does it is with a distinct stutter to the point where it takes him longer to speak his mind than he would like; beyond that he isn’t sure how his thoughts would be taken by others, and he absolutely cannot stand the idea of being ridiculed or shunned for the sorts of things he might say. Thus, he generally doesn’t speak up. Ever. He has so many judgements and opinions that he keeps to himself for the sake of not becoming embarrassed, and in doing so gives off the appearance of someone who just couldn’t care less - and that is definitely not the truth.
- He is, however, fairly technologically-friendly, and has slowly been learning how to use the anonymity of social media to get his thoughts out to similar-minded folk, whether it be on serious subjects, or (more likely), amongst fandoms that share his enthusiasm for particularly nerdy things.

- Chances are if anyone ever tried to tell Osmin a joke, he wouldn’t get it. He just doesn’t understand why puns would be funny or why limericks make others laugh - they seem kind of stupid, really, and more like a waste of time than anything. He doesn’t mind a good riddle, though, and is pretty sure that’s where the funny’s at, rather than a knock-knock joke or anything like that. He’ll deny not having a sense of humour, but if you truly want to know whether or not the chicken had a purpose for crossing the road… it’s pretty obvious that something’s lacking.

- While Osmin does try his hardest to be understanding and responsible, he can be prone to bouts of childish anger and can be quite petty in his reactions toward things he doesn’t like; it’s as though he breaks out his own personal rain cloud every time he believes he’s being patronized. He is a smaller-than-average bean, and as such feels like everyone is constantly looking down on him (both literally and figuratively), to the point where he may harbour ill will toward someone who has no idea they ever bothered him. He wants to be unbiased, and does his best not to judge those he doesn’t know, but… well, if he thinks someone is pretentious because of something they said weeks ago, then chances are his mindset won’t change.
- He does, however, possess the mechanics to feel horrible if he’s proven wrong, and will very quietly try to show he’s apologetic in the most roundabout, third-party way possible.

[ e m p a t h e t i c ]
- On the flipside, you couldn’t possible hipe to find a more empathetic soul than Osmin. He is incredibly sensitive to the moods of those around him, and in response will generally mimic whichever feeling is the strongest; if you are pleased as punch, then so is he. Having a great day? Then he’ll gladly share your joy, because he’s long since learned that actions can sometimes speak louder than words; especially when he usually doesn’t have too many words to spare. However, that usually goes for those he has come to know, and maybe even trust; he’ll try to ignore the feelings of a stranger, but is in all honesty pretty bad at that. There’s a point when all that empathy toward a stranger can become awkward…

[ g e n e r o u s ]
- This may seem somewhat counter-intuitive, but yes, Osmin really is a bleeding heart on the inside. This goes back to his belief that actions speak louder than words; if he sees someone who needs something of his more than he does or could possibly use it better than he can, then he'll willingly give it up without a word. He'll skitter off quickly after presenting the gift, but likes to lurk around long enough to see the reactions. He likes seeing others happy, and it makes him happy, too.

[ n e r d y XP ]
- Oooh, yes, Osmin's got some pretty strong roots in geekery XD Science fiction, especially old science fiction, absolutely rocks his socks off, and is really the only thing he can speak about without stuttering. If you name it, he probably knows all about it; Doctor Who, Star Trek, Starship Troopers, Doom - the more often the main characters blast off into outer space, the better! And no genre is safe from his knowlege-seeking interest missiles; he has an entire library of books written by such authors as Ray Bradbury, HG Wells, Orson Scott Card, and more, all neatly organized with a handy catalogue system to help him keep track of everything. He also keeps a collection of strange parephernalia that, in whatever fashion, reminds him of one of his favourites, and has been known to dig up old movie props from warehouses. Sometimes he'll build his own props, and has actually become quite the handiman in doing so. He likes to pretend that he is as adventurous and brave as the men and women exploring vast galaxies, and sometimes finds that it helps to pretend to actually be like one of them if something important needs to get done - like getting the mail, or talking to cashiers. Terrifying things like that.
He doesn't really have the bravery to attend conventions yet, though, and prefers to quietly write fanfictions that no one ever has a chance at reading.

He loves to listen to music so he's a pretty chill dude but he will always fight for what he loves and he won't back down. He loves to do street murals because he loves doing art but he thinks it's funnier to do with spray paint and a blank cement wall. He can sometimes be a jerk but at other times he's a hopeless romantic that can get lost in the slow songs that come on. The theme song is We are Young because he loves to have a good time but his mood can change very easily.
