Greek name meaning "avenging spirit." In mythology, this is the name of the daimon spirit of family blood feuds, the afflicter of vengeance upon children for the crimes of their fathers.

I thought it would be fitting, seeing as he's based off of the aftermath of the forest fire. He's trying to avenge the destruction of his homeland. It will take years for the forest to recover, so he's taking his venegence out on the generations to follow.
▪ Personality:
Alastor is not quick to ignite, but his long memory allows him to take a belated revenge out on those who cross him. In general, he is quiet, almost to the point of disdain, prefering to observe from a distance rather than get his hooves dirty by joining in. He is intelligent, and loyal, if you manage to get that hard-earned trust of his. He carries himself with a certain pride, and you can be assured he will never be looking up to you.

since nekrós has had a rough beginning it has made him bitter and rude. He is does however want to help anyone who needs it, because he never wants anyone to go through the pain he had to endure as a young whelk. He is also terrified of fire, for obvious reasons. Nekrós pretends to be a rough and tough guy, but he acutally is a sad and desperate creature looking endlessly for the ones he lost. I chose the name Nekrós because his soul was "killed" from the pain he went through, losing everything is more than enough to make one feel dead inside

NightWhispers is a mournful, sad Whelkon. He is very somber and calm. Like any of his kind, Whispers is shy, made even more so due to his surroundings and what all has happened to him. He seems always sad, his head dipped towards the singed ground, and his ears drooped in the dead silence of the burnt forest. He is a solitary soul, and is very rarely seen around others of his kind, however he doesn't seem to mind a companion every now and then. Despite all that has happened, he is a very kind Whelkon, and is really sweet and friendly to any who manage to find him.

Kyon is a self-afflicting character stuck between the two parellels of sorrow and the ability to accept the past. Kyon's truest memories lie within the heart of the burnt forest and he will not leave it. He thinks of himself as the guardian of the forest who watches from a distance, protecting the lost memories and keeping watch on burnt remains. The original lively spark in him was quelled by his own resistance and inability to accept change. This soulful character is constantly deeply entrenched in his own greviences and finds beauty from loneliness, silence, and calm. Wisdom stems from his ability to distance himself from situations and one can see the depths of his sorrows reflected in every graceful, deliberate movement that he makes. All in all, Kyon carries himself like a silent, well-mannered "gentleman" with the occasional cynical humour but too lost in his depressing past to truly change to more than an almost ethereal-like character.

Fraxinus has major trust-issues, and prefers beeing around the Whelkon he knows instead of other strangers. He is a very calm Whelkon, and likes peace and quiet instead of loud noises and big crowds. He is very quiet, and does not say anything to anyone, unless he choses them to be his friends. He is very picky about who he will let into his life, he will not become friends with anyone. Even if he got a dark outside, he has a golden heart on the inside, and makes the perfect friend. He will never tell about something important his friends has said to him. Anyways is he funny and very loving, he is deadly afraid of fire and what happend was one of his worst nightmares.
