What is a Kiamara?
A Kiamara is a canine-like creature, but they have long, rather soft fur, and an almost dragon-like tail. They are born with no horns, but a few who grow to have longer horns are born with tiny stubs on their heads. Kiamara can be extremely shy, and females can often be a bit grumpy. Don't worry– once you win their hearts, they will never stop loving you. Male Kiamara can be very quiet, but they love attention. Of course females do too, but the males thrive off of your love. They love to be praised.

She is in fact going to be young like this forever. I need a name like JBDs have, Young Forever Syndrome. I don't want to copy that.. xD

She's kind and always very happy to be around others. Her creative side shines through whenever her friends ask for help, she's always got the best ideas - even if they're a little out there. Lizzy also enjoys relaxing, music, and food. Especially fourtune cookies. Though she's a natural sweetheart, her goals to impress everyone and have the very best can get her into some trouble, but she's easily talked down and will become more calm when she sits back and takes responsibility for her actions.

I have the suggestion of Permanent Puppy Syndrome. Just went on thesaurus.com to find some synonyms that sound nice together. And it has the same initials as PPS, which I guess is pretty cool. n_n
But if that one doesn't sound very god, I'd just like to add that JBDs haven't been the first to use Forever Young as a PPS equivalent. ;3

Azza is an "Indian female name [that] means young female gazelle". It fits a little because of the young part, and also that gazelles and Kiamaras both have antlers/horns.

About what, anything?
To me she looks like a rebellious and sarcastic kind of girl. She's sweet-talking but doesn't realize it. She's got good intentions and believes she should have some freedom, and talks back not for the reason of pissing people off, but because she knows she deserves better. She still isn't entirely mean or overly snarky, and most of the time she is sincere when voicing her thoughts. She enjoys someone with a sense of adventure and curiosity to match hers. Sometimes she can get a bit rude but she goes back to regret it. She likes saying sorry, no matter what kind of tone is being used.
Her all time favorite game is hide and seek. She considers herself decent at squeezing into small places, but that's what she has to depend on and usually speed isn't her thing. So she's slow, compared to her mouth.

Tila is a very curious little girl who loves adventures. She is also very creative but also a bit shy to strangers. She is funny, and love jokes, but she is afraid of clowns. Her favorite season is autumn, because of the colorful leaves and that she has an excuse to lay next to the fireplace with a cup of hot chocolate x3
