TVD Information:
Television Dogs, AKA TVDs or TV Dogs, are dogs with their head replaced with a TV. They are a very loyal race, and can communicate to humans by beeping and changing channels. They communicate with VGCs and other TVDs by letting out a code of 0s and 1s. They are easy to train, and respond VERY well to using remotes.

She is totally oblivious to absolutely everything, and has no idea what's going on around her. She never understands anything the first time around and is never paying attention.
This is due to a slight mess up of the cables inside her television.
