Do you mean forever young syndrom? That would normally be up to the owner, I believe you must give it horns and let it grow into adult sized in a month[i think?] otherwise it has a type of FYS. In my eyes I say that this one has a rather short tail but it may be the way Kiley did the lineart since she has stated nothing about it being a short-tail. This JBD is not plain coloured but near to it. You can see she has more than one colour on her and has markings [the freckles + stripes on tail].
Some information may be wrong, I just recalled my memory of these questions.
I'm just curious, and I'm fairly sure I understand, but does this mean the winner gets to choose whether it has YFS or not? Because it also says about giving the horns and size a month, so I'm slightly confused. :B
