Apollo.
The name of the Greek god of the sun.
Since the sun is a big fiery star,
it commands attention. Just like
this flashy boy likes to do.

• Apollo has never tasted a banana, and he never will. He maintains that he hates them anyway

If I were to get Apollo, I'd do everything I possibly could with him. He would be much loved, with a character thread all of his own. Naturally I would search for the perfect JBD to be his friend, so he could have someone to share his thread with.
For a long time now, I have seen Jellybean Dragon gift lines scattered over the Oekaki boards. And they are all gorgeous. But I didn't have my own little dragon to color in. If I were to get Apollo, I would color him in all of the linearts. Every single one. I would work on memorizing his fantastic design, so I can draw him from my mind's eye.
Apollo would be drawn by me a lot, sweet little doodles mostly. And, of course, I would order art of him. Lots.
Since his personality is upbeat and he is a very social boy, Apollo would make friends easily, so I bet he'd be right at home on the JBD fanclub thread. And I would draw him with all of his new friends.
Although I don't normally roleplay my characters, since the Jellybean Dragons have a species roleplay of their own, I would enter him in one, once they are a little bit more active.
Apollo would definitely be trotting all over the fanclub, showing off art of him and looking for collabs. He would be my first JBD, so I would treat him with extra special care. And if I got another dragon after him, Apollo would always remain my favourite.
It would be amazing for Apollo to get a girlfriend, a mate maybe. Can you imagine how adorable that art would be?
His design is simply wonderful. To me, it is simple, yet intricate at the same time. When I look at him, I think of a candle. The waxy color, emblazoned with tongues of blazing fire. He is just amazing. If I were to win him I would be over the moon.
I realize that Jellybean Dragons are not just characters. Just by looking at posts on the fanclub thread, you can see that they are treasured above all, as if they were real, fluffy creatures which you could snuggle up to at the end of a long day, or watch them make friends with others outside. They seem almost solid, as if you really could hold them, and for that this makes me want such a brilliant Jellybean Dragon very much indeed.

Apollo is an unpredictable creature. He is easily distracted, and flits from one interest to another. It's hard for him to focus on something for any amount of time, so he jumps from one hobby to another. Apollo is reckless, with a hunger for danger. Playing with fire is one of his favourite things to do. He is enchanted by flames. One of the reasons why he loves Guy Fawkes night, AKA bonfire night. All he wants to do is sit next to the fire and gaze into its depths. Another thing he adores about fire is how it is always on the move, always hungry. Just like him.
He makes spontaneous decisions without thinking, not bothering to consider the consequences. If something might be fun to do, Apollo will do it, regardless of what might happen. This is definitely a flaw. Although it can be amusing, his random nature can lead to tricky situations. His friends normally go along with his escapades, although they will try to reason with him on occasion. It never works. Apollo is not quite a romantic, but he can be charming when he wants to be. Truthfully, although he wouldn't admit this, something he wants a lot in life is to have someone to love him. When he takes a liking to a female, he will court her, presenting her with little gifts and reciting clumsy but sweet poems he writes. If he is rejected, Apollo tries to shrug it off and acts very bravado about it, but inside he is in tears. He may not be all that sensitive, but if he really likes a girl then it will take him a while to recover.
He is not tactful at all. He is an open book. You can tell what he is thinking, and he is an awful liar. When he tries, his left eye twitches and he tends to give extremely wide smiles like the Joker. Not exactly a Silvertongue.
Apollo seeks comfort in the form of socializing. He hates being alone, and is terrified of the dark. When it's night, he feels smothered by the darkness, unable to breathe or relax. So at night he just burrows into the fur of his friends and does his best to doze off.
He is very mischievous and playful, constantly on the move and always bouncing. He fidgets all the time. Sitting still is difficult for such a spirited young boy.

I'm sorry, there's not much. I don't have my tablet because I am on holiday, so it's a bit iffy. I will try to upload some traditional stuff.

Blaze is the coolest Jellybean Dragon around! Everyone wants to be his friend. He’s handsome, he has style, he’s popular, he’s unique. Who wouldn’t want to be friends with Blaze? He has a bright, fiery personality. He also has a bit of a hot temper; although he gets into arguments a lot, and can sometimes hold a grudge, he’s still a nice JBD. He’s a JBD who loves to stay active: whether it’s a friendly race, a game of soccer, or just a simple game of tag, he wants to play outside! He loves soccer, lacrosse, baseball and football, and almost and other sport out there! Everybody admires his beautiful markings; they’re special and unique, just like him. He wears a red piece of cloth, wrapped around his front left leg for good luck. He is very hyper and cannot be cooped up for long.

Why don’t I want him? He’s the perfect JBD; probably my dream JBD. He’s amazing; I love his fiery markings, the way you gave them a paint effect. Although he will be a tough JBD to make art of, that won’t stop me! I instantly fell in love with him the second I saw him! He’s so handsome; I can’t believe he’s actually a JBD! He will be the happiest, most spoiled JBD ever! I’ll put him in my signature, in my Trade center, in stories, in art- make SO much art of him, it will probably take up half my gallery-RP with him, make more art of him, spoil him and love him some more, and make some more art of him. I will post him wherever possible, and make some more art of him. I will luffles him for ever and ever.
