I would name this pretty boy Potatoe Shank.

He likes to prank people wich most of the time results in the injury of either him, that other person or both. Being shanked is painful as is being injured and Shank rymes with Prank, there for I feel the best anme for him would be shank. Also he really stands out in the world, and may seem rather suprising to people, just as suprising as a shank would be^^ He doesn't like potatoes and he tends to get bored and start to shank the potatoe.
